I RARELY review. Today I accidentally walked into their main office near Vandeventer thinking that it was a cafe. I didn't find what I was looking for (of course) but I must say that the front desk staff was extremely kind. They invited me to have a cup of coffee out of their main lobby and didn't do anything to make me feel uncomfortable about my error. Honestly, simply because of how they treated me, Kaldi Coffee (as of today) will be my "go-to" coffee shop. Don't think for a second that I'm naive. I simply place a great value on how people treat you. If this represents the culture of that company, buy stock. #KaldiForLife
