POS company that doesn't pay what your owed after working and always wanting more time...Do not come here. And after I quit I was told leaving the truck where we normally park it won't be allowed.I contacted the state and they contacted Kenan needless to say The truck is now allowed to stay there and although the court date is not set it's coming But corporate has jumped on board and now it seems like something is getting done..we will see
Was managing terminal in Braddock Pa. They have a contract with the customer they pull trailers to deliver products, but I don't see the customer renewing the contract. Too much micro managing. Some drivers are great who take pride in the job they do, but there are those who are so high maintenance they run and tell upper management of every little thing. Very dysfunctional. Driver's pay is poor, you get paid no sick days, and there's no overtime pay. We're supposed to receive a pay raise early 2020 before pandemic, but management procrastinated. Now drivers won't receive a pay raise due to pandemic. Makes me wonder why they haven't joined a Teamsters Union. If they're not organized with a union, I wouldn't recommend working there.

Worst drivers! I m behind truck number 5159 agues he failed to yield and me to slam on my breaks swerving over so I won t run in to him all while my 3 year old son is in the back
I'm a Former employee, this company offers low pay, expensive crappy no coverage benefits, no overtime, no sick days, if you are sick you have to use your vacation however that is up to your supervisors discretion. When I say no Over-time I do mean you can't be 5 mins over because to them that is consider over time. My Supervisor micromanages minutes and wastes time doing weekly meetings. These meetings are unnecessary and a waste of time especially cause your time is limited and you are over worked without making overtime. I would not recommend anyone to work for this company unless you just need a job and don't care if you are over worked and under paid without overtime. The only pros about my job was I had my own office and my coworkers were really great people to work with.
This company has some of the worst inconsiderate drivers! They don't signal all the time they will cut you off they ride your back bumper just horrible. My worst experience with one of these trucks was tonight! Myself and my grandsons and friend were Driving down Route 6 between Union City and Corry Pennsylvania (mind you it's a 55 mph and lower speed zone) and there was nobody behind us. Then all of a sudden a semi come flying up behind us so close I couldn't see the front of the truck in the mirror. We was going between 58 and 62 when he came up like that. I kept watching him because the cars in front of us kept hitting their breaks and every time he would barely get slowed down. Then a little further down the road a car was turning. They turned signal on a little early and was slowing down before stopping to turn so everyone behind them HAD enough time to get slowed so they could stop. Well I got up and started slowing down and the semi kept coming awfully fast! Then he had to slam on his brakes and barely missed hitting us! And even after almost causing a pile up the driver still did not slow down or back off! When we got to Corry the speed limit went down to 35 and I started to slow down to it and he was so close I had to speed up and i turned into a parking lot as soon as i could to get away from the maniac!! I know it's late and he probably wanted to get home or get to the refinery for his second load or whatever the case was but darn it slow down save a life or ten! Lucky for him it was dark and I couldn't see the number of the truck but I'm sure rune camera went off between 8:00pm and 9:00 PM on route 6 near Corry Pennsylvania when he almost hit us and several other cars. I hope the drivers start paying better attention! I had my very young grandsons in the back seat of the car if that truck wouldn't have got stopped he would've killed them me and messed up everyone I'm the car's in front of me. Please please please big truck drivers of any type pay attention quit tailgating to the point of not being able to stop when someone is slowing down or turning or has to stop.
Worked for 5 years at Columbus Oh terminal. Never made more than 45k gross at 60+ hrs. a week. Paid by the load. Uniforms provided. Trucks were good..Training was good .Descent insurance..Vacation Ok.. ...always in a hurry to get loads, ..dispatch pushes you to get the loads while safety tells you to slow down and follow the rules that they want you to observe..over all an OK outfit ...
Kenan advantage group is a very good place to work. Very good pay with good benefits. They have there flaws as all trucking companies do but it s a great job. New management that turned things around. Today thanks to Doug I m happy to go to work.
Applied for job in dec, helen seemed like a great lady , was told i needed to talk to briana for Fontana location, it took over a month to finally speak to this person Brianna, she said my application as a whole was not up to other applicants, but even though she admitted to never seeing my app , it wasn't good enough go figure, for the record I will out work any employee she currently has, I have one ticket that falls off my record that falls of in August, good job losing a great possible employee
