Absolutely shocking service from their GAP cover. Wouldn't touch with a pole. Don't bother with them! They don't get back to you, they take weeks and multiple calls to acknowledge your emails, no interest in helping you. Shocking.

very rude staff from receptionist that hangs up on peolple ears, you cannot be assisted . i dont know how can they start a business if they dont want to work with people , very bad. i regeret getting into business with them. never ever will i even refer anyone , they dnt even deserve not even a single star.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. I've made use of Xelus Gap Cover for many, many years, prior to the name Kaelo appearing. While their service has consistently degraded over the years, the real kicker came for me recently when I transferred my gap cover from my employer to my private capacity. They more than doubled my premium simply because of this change - far more expensive than their competitors. Horrible service, combined with ridiculous premiums - do yourself a favour and avoid them.

I agree with previous comments. Shockingly poor administration, extremely long turnaround times, make sure you read the fine print - errors on their end becomes your problem to sort out in the end and then the only way to get hold of them is via an electronic call centre which is hugely unhelpful and unprofessional.

I had a claim and they took way longer then the prescribed time. The guys didn't even take my calls seriously and everytime I called I waited for long for someone to answer me. After I would be told that they will call me back and no one would call me until I call them back.

After this many days hassle they send me a remmitance where they have only considered my hospital claim which is 348 and there is no way I would have wasted airtime of more than 348 to claim that. My purpose was to claim the short fall of Dr and anaesthetic. I'm still phoning everyday for them to flippin sort me out. Worst worst worst providers ever seen in my life who takes no care of their customers.
