Excellent shipper, the people were very nice and loading was a breeze! They welcomed you in and loaded you fast. I didn't see any overnight parking but they do have a large lot and may let you park there if you ask.
Automated phone system inefficient and a waste of time for all. No option for customer service, other than individual employees in that department. That means the first person mentioned gets all the voicemails and/or the customer has to call back to systematically try everyone else. Eventually an extension is given to be transferred, but the system freezes (tried this three times). No operator or generic option to reach a human. Considering the many other reviews similar to this, K-Flex has no interest in speaking with their customers directly. Punt and run to another company for your sanity.
Reference for semi trucks. Place is a bit hard to get. Have to go through Youngsville which has some tight turns, I took the back way off the NC 96 which was pretty truck friendly. Was able to park over night and they unloaded me within an hour. Very friendly as well.
The code for the gate at building 2 is 1200# and the bills are in the mailbox. They can t be bothered to answer the phones& no signage at the gate for what to do. Literally had to wait for some random other truck to leave so I could ask him for the gate code. I wasted over an hour here just trying to get into the gate.
Loaded up fast . Very organized facility
They don't even pick up the phone when you call this company. The phone extentions are not manned as well. NOBODY available for technical help. Will not buy their product.
It was great checked in and got loaded in 10 minutes
Nice wide open space for trucks GPS will lead you through neighborhood but follow. Was loaded right away.
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! Worst place for a trucking company to ever get loaded. AVOID AT ALL COST. 8+ hours to pickup a load and when you try to find someone there is no one to be found. Giving one star is being too generous
