Automated phone system inefficient and a waste of time for all. No option for customer service, other than individual employees in that department. That means the first person mentioned gets all the voicemails and/or the customer has to call back to systematically try everyone else. Eventually an extension is given to be transferred, but the system freezes (tried this three times). No operator or generic option to reach a human. Considering the many other reviews similar to this, K-Flex has no interest in speaking with their customers directly. Punt and run to another company for your sanity.
