I have the worst customer service in the company. President of the company seems perhaps no training for salesmen and employees. Or customer service was the worst because it didn't reward employees.

I thank Nancy had it not been for them terminating the customer service reps to make room for family. I would not have a management position at a private air way now. God is Amazing
I ordered Rag(Shop towel) from over month ago, but no respond at all so finally I got answer from Mr. Joe Shaughnessy in J. W Outfitters "We don't want to work with u" even work with them many years. Thant is find for me.
I found somthing wrong before beacuse they charged even Rag was not delivery to my shop anyway it is not my business anymore. I definaly want to work with great people around me.

The customer service manager Nancy Furgason is the worst to work for. She's guilty of NEPOTISM making sure to only train correctly her sons girlfriend, daughter and son. Who by the way are the only other reps. She made sure to fire anyone who was not family to make room for family. Even though previous family she hired stole money. The owner lets her do whatever because she make sures no one else can do her job. They have shady people hence why the company is not thriving...... DO NOT APPLY IF U ARE HIRED she's only trying to fill that spot until her daughter graduates High a school.
A few years ago we took the corporate plunge and switched uniform providers. If you have been doing something the same way for years you know this can be difficult to swallow. Joe Shaughnessy and Nancy Ferguson made the transition virtually seamless. We are getting quality uniforms and corporate wear at a great price and extremely timely. When JW commits to a project they outdo themselves every time. In my field, I send a lot of smaller orders in very regularly - Nancy communicates back quickly every time and gets the job done. We have a wonderful B2B relationship and I look forward to working with them for years to come.
