Best 5 star property in Mumbai to stay both for families and couples, hotel staff is well behaved and well trained, Reception desk is also very cooperative, the best thing is the food. The food here is really delicious must try. Rooms are spacious, clean and just as we saw in Pictures. Highly recommend hotel to stay also you can enjoy sea view from the Room.

I hav visited here many times I love ths property it s has multi specialty like if u come from other city for business meeting and u are staying at this property u will feel like u are at perfect place if u are on leisure purpose u will feel that it s right place if u are on holiday trip with family dan u must love the ambience and sea view area to mostly Bec it s feel like heaven and if u have take suits room with sea view dan I bet u won t wish to check out and food of here is vry excellent tasty healthy and fat free and their is banquet hall also for wedding , parties,events and corporate meetings.

Today is my first visit at JW Marriot, Mumbai for office party. I lost my 3k from my purse in lower lobby ballroom.It's literally someone stolen it and thrown my bag at the corner. I have informed the manager but in vein. They simply doesn't bother and care about guest. He took my number and told they will look after and get back to me. The incident happened in the morning, and at 11pm I again called manager and asked for status. He said he can't do anything and there is no camera in the ballroom. It's not about the amount and I don't expect for getting it back. Atleast they should be sorry and should have shown some courtesy to apologise. Apart from hotel staffs, outsiders should not aware the absence of camera in ballroom. I'm shocked and dissapointed with such unprofessional attitude. Really can't expect from a renowned hotel like JW Marriott.. Bitter experience!!!!!

A big hotel with so much to enjoy. Really great breakfast spread and food options. And whatever you wish they will make it for you.
Lodging is spacious and comfortable. If lucky you will get sea facing room and feel like waves are just coming to your feet.
Next to most happening part of Mumbai with so many Bollywood celebrities bumping into you everyday.

Whoa!! What a Hotel.. Excellent Amenities Would rate it 5!

The staff are polite and efficient. The hotel is well maintained and every staff member greets you as you pass them. The rooms are well designed and even the single beds are spacious not cramped. The pool is perhaps most interesting bring long and large and filled with slightly saline water. There is also a Jacuzzi within the pool itself.

It's as a 5 star hotel should be! Grand interior decoration and spacious lobby at first! Each of the floor lobbies are carpated! Everything is sophisticated! The greetings are in the form of "Namaste", which makes it more relatable! The rooms are fine! Nothing special to say about them! Like other rooms at a 5 star property! Not too big but sufficiently spacious! Although a few rooms have great views from the windows looking straight at Juhu beach and the Arabian Sea! The pool is great and at a place gives great symmetrical view of the whole hotel and the pool itself! It's shallow in most part which is good for safety purposes and deep only in one region! But I had to first see for myself that where is the pool deep! The point of symmetrical view is very shallow, as if the architect knew that no one would want to strain themselves while enjoying the view! You can sit at this point without any fear of drowning! The food is great and loved by most except a very few! The only problem I saw in front of my eye is that a few workers at the place weren't good at Hindi, which is the most spoke language in India and Mumbai itself! Although there were others who spoke in Hindi only! A few visitors who weren't good at English faced a little difficulty initially unless the situation was helped with!

Lovely open space. Great spread of food at the lunch buffet. Timings from 12 to 4. The salads were lovely.

They re taking all necessary precautions. It feels safe to visit again. Rooms with an amazing view. Recommended to all!

Beautiful hotel with amazing sea views. The suite rooms are amazing, as they have jacuzzi in the bathrooms which overlook the sea.

How can u not like this hotel .. it s one of the most beautiful properties in mumbai . You see the grandeur as soon as u enter the lobby with amazing view of the pool and the sea . They have great F&B outlets with my favourite Bombay baking company (ps has the best sandwiches ).

Rooms and ambience is awesome but service is not up to the mark

One of Juhu's finest Hotels. JW Marriott has great restaurants. Mezzo Mezzo (Italian) Good pizzas. Saffron (Indian) has a nice private dining room. BBC is great for a coffee and you might just bump into bolywood celebs. Lotus cafe has a great open spread and a good view. The poolside is beautifully done and overlooks the beach.
They have a nice gym too. Their banquets are always packed with weddings, clothing/jewellery shows.
The negetive is that it takes forever for the valet to get your car.
Once while dining at Lotus cafe I found a worm on my dessert and brought it to the staff's attention, they immediately apologised, replaced it and got me a box of chocolates from BBC to make up for it.

Beautiful place to stay, the staff is so warm and welcoming. This is the only place I like to stay when visiting Mumbai.

Fantastic property to stay. Never before saw staff this humble and caring in any of my destination hotel. Property is clean and very well maintained. Love the food (especially breakfast spread). There was a mishap during in-room dining order and chef (Pramit) personally came (not once but twice) to check in. Love the attitude of everyone.Nice

Very nice hotel and specially hotel staffs are very professional. Nice veiw from room and food quality also very great. Security system is good and if you want to plan your business meeting then this is very good option. Conference room very specious and projector and sound quality satisfactory.
