JW Consultancy Review

This company is a shame... It's been bad to see that world is suffering and this company is still active with all the staff working. This company is calling all there staff to join the company even if they are in containment zone or red zone. Employee living out of Pune is warn to come by a due date or else they are not giving there salary. Not only that much they are giving only 50% of salary to there employee. If the employee is not coming then they won't give any salary to them. what if any one is not feeling well but still comes to office because of there pressure.
For the first time I have seen the beggers with money...this company has no humanity at all.

Nice structure, good staff behaviour. Just, if you are visiting this place to collect any drawings from them, make sure you check them properly before leaving the place.

Was just going through the reviews and came across a review from Vishal More. I would like to ask this guy which world is he living in? Is laying off better than 50% in these difficult times? People are homeless and have lost their jobs.. I think this guy is living in his dream world not knowing what losing a job actually is. I don t want to reveal where I work but our company has laid off 30% of staff and the rest of them are getting only 25% salary, and I know what losing a job means.. actually it s a shame on such thankless people like Vishal More.

Great Structural consultants in Pune. Large volume of projects are undertaken by them. Quick response for concerns. Office is big with various internal depts categorized.

Its an dream to work in JW concultants LLP , hope i'll get interview call letter very soon

Cons-
1. Plenty of Errors in Drawing multiple times even after correction
2. Plays with the life of people by Passing the structure design even when the results show an negative results ( Based on an ex-employee's Words)
3.Arrogants engineer and late Sending of Drawing
4.Never send you drawing on time causing delay @ site.
5.Poor work management Between enginner like always switching the same project among different enginerr making it very difficult for the client and architect to explain the whole scenario right from the scratch with ultimately results in delay of work which does affect the time period of the project completion.
Also one more thing
Dont trust the positive feeds as they too are writen and rated by the office employees ( also ex -employee's words)

Good parking and excellent guidance from security services

Nice place ... Locality is clean and spacious... Gardens are well maintained..there is also a canteen which contains play area...

This place is not good for career growth. Internal politics, always blaming on juniors, no any value for your suggestion or decision.... Those things are too irritating. For wrong work, always responsible junior eng. It's too headache. They don't take any soft corner against any conservational fact.It's shameless. It's very unpredictable thing which I observe in such big company.
