Company says they have a bunch of core values! Not true at all! When you're interviewed you'll have all the proper training you need. NEVER happen for me what so ever. You talk to the VP Lecia and she apologizes for any types of issues you occurred and expresses if any opportunities come up again to reach out! We'll you reach out and she doesn't even acknowledge you what so ever. I was done wrong by this company! I left due to the lack of communication and training to learn the JVM way as they call it. As of now, stay clear of company due to the lack of support you'll recieve! It's not worth the time and effort you put in. They look out for the other employees that are in need of care, but for you they don't look out for newcomers! Take your risk with this company, but beware of all the mistakes leads they give you! Enough said about that!

I would like to give the property manager James at Prairie lakes a big shout out and huge thank you for making things right with our lease. The apartments are really nice and updated and in a great location. I would recommend these if your looking for an apartment to rent.

Great company, with a great vision and direction. Communication is a strong point, as well as reliability among staff communication and access to information as needed. Can't say enough positive things about them. Highly recommend.

Fake company? Terrible!!!Want to waste $$1500 a month? Live in Satori Flats! They have run this beautiful property into the ground! No up keep! Terrible! Letting any type of tenants move in! Management staff is clueless! Been calling corporate since Jan ... no one answers!

I have lived at the Aventine at Oakhurst North for about 7 years, back when Lincoln managed this property (which was great) and have been afraid to leave a bad review. I received a letter on my door this week that JVM has flipped this property and are now owned by the Hayman company (hopefully they re better).
Pretty much all property management companies are vultures but JVM seems to be particularly awful. Luckily I didn t have too many issues and I keep to myself, but when I did it was horrify. I will say that maintenance (which is not necessarily a reflection of the PMC) was great when my freezer flooded the kitchen in the middle of the night or hot water turning off etc.
Exorbitant rent is a growing problem, but it is becoming a supreme failure of our economy. Shame on you guys.

Currently a resident here at uptown. JVM is the owner and from day one we ran into problem from our leasing agent to the minor imperfections of the apartment. It hasn't been great we are constantly inconvenienced. Right now there are two elevators out of order. The door to said elevators are always broke or proper open and they have jank light sources for when lights go out propped up by piping. The walls in the hallways are filth and the rugs arent any better. In all honesty I've been here for a short period of time and I already regret having signed the lease. They claim to be luxurious and a premier apartment choice. They are far from it. They should also warn you about the trains and traffic, not a mention. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Not worth the the thousands of dollars we pay in rent. Sincerely considering buying out our lease if this trend continues. Seriously don't rent here if you're able to read this. Will take down this post if things change for the better.

Live at new Longview in Lee's summit MO. Things are good but we have a new manager who is so clueless and leaves you to work out any problem on your own, but the maintenance guys are awesome.

We essentially moved in sight unseen out of desperation for an impending move, 2 years later we are still living in The Avant at the Arboretum. Staff has always been accommodating, even through several changes. We try to be as understanding as possible when dealing with unfortunate circumstances (dogs with ignorant owners, residents that have no respect for the building or others, the package room delivery issues) and the staff does their best to make living here as pleasant as they can. Big shout out to Leonard from the maintenance staff who has always been courteous and thorough as well as going above and beyond when taking care of repairs for us. He keeps us informed of progress towards results for complex repairs, checks on us when we meet him in the hall, and simply is all around pleasant to converse with regardless of the current situation.
Things are never perfect, but life for us in the Avant is very much what we anticipated and expected.

they have literally one internet provider at summit ridge apartments and they dont even have fiber internet! for that reason im moving out id expect good internet from a "good" place.
