This company is the most amazing insurance company ever! Jake is always so efficient responsive always goes out of his way to get anything I need done. We brag about him to other family members and friends he is just amazing!

I have owned many cars and have worked with dozens of insurance agents over the years. In general I hate dealing with insurance, but a while ago I found Just Insurance Services through a friend. They have been my agency ever since!

Just Insurance has made the complicated insurance process so easy for me. They work with pretty much all the carriers, and every year they shop for a better deal for all my cars and my house etc. And if I have questions I m not stuck on an 800#! I love them and wholeheartedly recommend them all the time.

I am very happy with this insurance co. They got me the best savings considering all the cars in our family. My husband and I were given the best rates with progressive for our cars, boat and house. Did I tell you we were able to afford full coverage and also covering windshield coverage 100%. Progressive was great at getting things done. Jacob is also great at helping with any changes. This is the worst service I have received. I called to request a quote and spoke to Danielle 2-3 weeks ago providing all the details over the phone that was needed. I spoke to Danielle who keeps telling me that 'we will have quote for you by EOD today'. To this date I still haven't heard back for my quote or estimate to allow me to make a decision on which insurance to get. I know I'm not choosing this company and dealing with them for sure. Worse Customer Service! Don't Recommend It.

I have been with Jacob and the crew over at Just Insurance Services for at least 10 years now. In the beginning, I was all about getting the best price for my auto and home insurance. Then about 7 years ago, my car broke down and had to go back to the dealer. The dealer gave me a loaner car. I took the loaner car home and when I got up the next morning, the loaner car had a cracked windshield. Like, a huge crack! No idea what happened. I didn't drive it anywhere else but home. I called the dealer and told them. They told me it was my problem and to get it fixed. I was freaking. I called Jacob just as a last ditch effort for his advice. He says "You are covered, we are setting you up with a repair service". I almost fell down. What? How? That's when I realized that through all those years, when I thought I just wanted cheap insurance, he made sure I got good insurance. Insurance that had me covered. Since then, I have called Jacob on weekends, holidays, and he just now emailed me my new insurance ID cards for my new SUV. It's 10:38pm. He is always connected to his business and his office has always been there for me. I may have started this venture with him because he had the best price, but I stay with him because he knows me and knows what coverage I need. You cant get that kind of service just anywhere. I have recommended him to others and I would do it again without hesitation. Thanks Jacob. You give me peace of mind.
