I have been with Jacob and the crew over at Just Insurance Services for at least 10 years now. In the beginning, I was all about getting the best price for my auto and home insurance. Then about 7 years ago, my car broke down and had to go back to the dealer. The dealer gave me a loaner car. I took the loaner car home and when I got up the next morning, the loaner car had a cracked windshield. Like, a huge crack! No idea what happened. I didn't drive it anywhere else but home. I called the dealer and told them. They told me it was my problem and to get it fixed. I was freaking. I called Jacob just as a last ditch effort for his advice. He says "You are covered, we are setting you up with a repair service". I almost fell down. What? How? That's when I realized that through all those years, when I thought I just wanted cheap insurance, he made sure I got good insurance. Insurance that had me covered. Since then, I have called Jacob on weekends, holidays, and he just now emailed me my new insurance ID cards for my new SUV. It's 10:38pm. He is always connected to his business and his office has always been there for me. I may have started this venture with him because he had the best price, but I stay with him because he knows me and knows what coverage I need. You cant get that kind of service just anywhere. I have recommended him to others and I would do it again without hesitation. Thanks Jacob. You give me peace of mind.
