Scam about Abo and an employer kidded me after talking to the phone. They did not deactivate my account, they lied about my money... Only one pair bought and was a nightmare! Pain and uncomfortable. Unter heels damaged already during the my friend's wedding party. Pay attention if you subscribe VIP Abo! It can become your prison!

After two days (after in another call employee told me "nothing to pay more"), I found in my Konto 14 Euro less (I already payed my order in October). And they don't give me back my money but I can use for buying something else. Never! I will give everything to my lawyer... This is illegal

Absolutely disgusting business model designed to rob people. Can't imagine that it's legally possible to exercise such a business model.

You get specific time window to "pause" otherwise you will be charged non-refundable 39.95 on a monthly basis. And you can't unsubscribe online, you need to wait in a long queue on the customer hotline where you can trigger the process. I would consider this more of a slavery sign-up than the so called "VIP premium membership". I had a first-hand experience of this service and recommend absolutely no one to be caught up here.

I was really shocked when I found out that they take 39.95 Euro from my bank without any notice :( I didn't even know that I was VIP something subscriber! It was really inconvenient that no one in the customer center can speak English as well. No one can help me with this issue! It was the first shopping website I experienced that they take money while making me feeling like they are stealing money from my account! I will never going to buy any shoes from JUSTFAB and claim they should refund the amount immediately!!

Unfortunately I don't have the possibility to give -5 stars. I never dealed before with such a horrible company. About the abo all true, yes, of course it is writen with very little characters in the end of the mail, the confirmation of the registration mail. If you understand that kind of mail that no one reads because it is just the confirmation of the registration on the site. It has to be absolutely free. The Vip membership has to be an option, not a normal registration without writing with big letters that you will pay for it every single month 40 euros. Are we kidding? Yeah, it's marketing, the worst, because no customer will ever buy again.
2 thing. The quality of the shoes is really low. It's nice, but bad quality.
3. You have to Chat or call to ask the Vip option to pause, because on the site you have no option to do that, and guess what? No one will answer.
4. Did you forget the password? No problem. You ask an other. BUT, of course there is always a but, the link doesn't work. I had to try several times before I could finally get a normal working link.
Well, I am just disgusted about this company. Poor people who work there and have to read these kind of messages and write an answer about "in the mail it is writen that you will pay", the person who will read this message, please don't waste your time to be nice and make the company look better. I understand you do your job, but this company, and we all understand that, has a terrible politics and by long term no one will by again. I am just disappointed that we still need to be so poor insight to make that kind of things. It's robbery and no one could call it in other way.

Not honest business. I didn't know that you take almost 40 Euros if I don't pause my subscription before the 5th of every month. I just found out when I saw my bank account balance. I didn't even know that I should do that! And now that I want to pause the subscription at least for next month, I cannot even find the button!
This is a ROB with all the letters!! I want to get rid of this but I've to call, it's not even possible to do it online! And I don't even see the money you withdrew from my bank account as balance on my Justfab account!

I ordered a cheap pair of boots from a Facebook ad...

I ordered a cheap pair of boots from a Facebook add (which were exactly what I wanted, cheap shoes that I can wear out) and everything seemed fine. But a month later 40EUR was taken from my bank account with no warning - as a company, if you aren't transparent about people signing up for memberships, you won't get repeat customers. Simple as that.

Note to JustFab marketing and produce departments: change the information on your website, and build honest relationships with potential customers. Twisting the truth won't get you anywhere. If this type of feedback has been popping up for years, might be time to do something different

I really angry that you didn't send me anything but decrease 13,95 and then 39,95 again without any product. I sent a lot of email that you told me we will pay back your money but never did it. I canceled my membership but I worry again you decrease from my account.
Please help me to payback my money.
