Great ride. Takes you through road and water. Had loads of fun.

Was so much fun! We went with my campers ages 9-12 and they all really enjoyed. Not just them the counselors enjoyed it too!

Had a great tour of the Pittsburgh waterfront in a fun and unique vehicle. The tour guide told us a lot of history of Pittsburgh , steel factories, and the interesting vehicle called the "duck". We got to drive on the streets as well as the river. A new perspective to a great town.

Very good tour. I got on the yellow boat. Tania was the guide and her captain had tremendous experience.

It was a wonderful time and the staff was very friendly. It is best for kids but fun for adults too. You will learn a lot about the city and have a chance to drive the boat!

As a local google guide i can say this was a fun experience that my wife and i enjoyed for our wedding anniversary. Captain Tommy did a great job. Thanks.. Highly recommend this to anyone interested. Its also a very reasonable price.

My family and I had a WONDERFUL time on the Just Ducky Tour!! I'm a native Pittsburgher and took my seven and ten year old nephews to do this before they headed back to school for the year and we all had a wonderful time. The boys got to drive the boat and loved yelling "Quack Quack Quack" to the pedestrians, and I loved getting a chance to learn so much history about this great city. If you get the chance to take this tour, do it, you won't be dissapointed. And if you have the chance to get Taylor as your tour guide you're guarunteed to have fun- she's a riot!

We had a fun time and learned a lot. Sarah Beth and Capt. Pat did a great job. A great, quick (a little over an hour) way to see the city. Going into the river was really fun!

Went on a tour in 2011...had a blast! Our tour guide was funny and knowledgeable.

Our school scheduled a field trip with this company. They canceled our tour twice so far. How disappointing for our students who already had their permission slips signed and were ready to go. Not a reliable company. Thanks for disappointing our students.

We had a great time during the Ducky Tour on our last day in Pittsburgh! Fun and easy going tour guides that make a lot of jokes and puns. Going into the water with the ducky is quite an experience. We loved it!

You might want to make a note on google that even though your office is open, your tours are not running until April. I work at a hotel and have a lot of guests that want to go on tours when the weather is nice. I looked on google, and it said you were open from 10am-5pm. This guest drove out there only to be told that there was no tours running. Why is the business open if there aren't any tours running? Maybe make a change to your hours during off times or make a note on your website where its noticeable that tours run from ____________ to _______________.

Really nice staff, cool facts and views. Boats are kinda small but doesn't matter it's great for pictures of the city and really nice for kids!

The your is conducted on water and land. The experience depends on the your guide's ability. Don't see a lot on land but do get some interesting tidbits. Water portion gives some nice views especially where the three rivers come together. For $25 it is average value.

Detailed information is available online. There are two different tours. One is included for a walk thru Heinz field and the other one is the ride around downtown. Parking garages around or lot, $10 for both. The tour hits the river! Tour was awesome and every child had a chance to navigate the boat on the water!!! The guides were AWESOME!

Total blast. Capt. Brian and James the first mate were very entertaining and informative. The tour around the city was filled with trivia and interesting information.

Captain Bill and Skipper Alec were our tour guides on our ducky tour and they were fantastic!! They were both so funny, personable and well educated on the city s history. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and now I cannot wait for my next tour the next time I m in Pittsburgh! Thanks Bill and Alec!

So much fun. Rented a private tour for a party of about 30, we had an absolute blast. Guides were great, even got to drive on the river a little bit.

Jason and Eliza had some good mojo going as our captain and guide. Jokes were as good as Disney s Jungle Cruise but the best part was being able to actually sit behind the wheel of this old bird and get a picture. Eliza had a great working knowledge of the history of Pittsburg. Jason s joke about the Bengals trophy case was a good rip on the Ohio guests. Fun stuff!

An extremely entertaining, fun and informative land and water tour of Pittsburgh with very professional and humorous driver and tour guide whose passion for the city allows them to make it a great experience for people of all ages and even let passengers drive the duck boat

My family took friends from out of town and its one of the best ways to get to know Pittsburgh. The Just Ducky Team appears very concerned for the safety and satisfaction of the passengers. Most of all, we enjoyed the unique perspective from the water - its like viewing the city in a totally new way.

Captain Ken and guide Patrick were great. Funny but informative. Enjoyed the whole experience with a10 and 8 yr old kids

Worse tour they over filled the duck and had the nerve to say too bad. I hope they get back to me because i will take this further up. And make sure u get there early and not be courteous because they will not be courteous to you.

Closed because... They were incapable of adapting the canopies and claimed they had difficulty obtaining insurance

If you have not done the Just Ducky tour You are in for quite a treat. I don't want to give too much away but they're quite fun not only drive on the roads you also boat on the river. And as long as the waters are calm enough they will let people stare for a minute or two on the water. A definite recommend

Cool way to see Pittsburgh, on the tour you see the Heinz Field and also the baseball stadium of Pittsburgh. It was really fun

Just Ducky tours were amazing!! The guides were very funny and interesting. The guides even let kids drive the boat. The boat was kind of shaky, I liked the land part a lot more. Overall, this was an amazing thing to do on a nice day.
I recommend doing this on a day where you don't have much to do. This will fill it!

Came to Pittsburgh for the first time and wanted to see the city and this was perfect. It gives you a brief 1 hour tour of the city from land and water. Definitely worth the $25. While it doesn't show you the entire city, it does show you the main parts of the city.

A nice added attraction to Pittsburgh along the rivers and learned some historical facts about this region that I was unaware of as a lifelong resident.

I have done several Ducky Tours and always learn something new. We took my parents as an anniversary gift and they loved it as well. Great for kids or adults, and the guides are funny and engaging.

Very expensive but a unique view of Pittsburgh : from the river and the road. The World War 2 Era amphibious vehicle is fun to ride on land and water. Nothing like driving out of the river onto dry land. The driver/tour guides are humorous and Informative.

The guides made the tour with their "fowl" humor. My young daughter got to drive in the water and we really enjoyed it.

Unique way to see Pittsburgh. Travel through town, across bridges AND into the water. The tour buses are amphibious! They take you on a guided tour with commentary on the sights and history of the Burgh, with a river trip to the point and Stadiums. Well worth the cost for a one of a kind guided journey through the city.

Finally got to go on a tour and was one of the chosen to drive the boat on the river for a few minutes! Tour was so much fun and interesting, just wish I was with friends and not new co-workers I already couldn't stand lol. Recommend it!

We had a fun time during our Duck tour. We learned a lot of fun trivia. Jason and Andrew had us laughing a lot. They were great. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family that visit Pittsburgh.

This place is no longer in operation. They didn't come back this summer then it was announced on the local news that they were closing. I dont know if this was tied to the accidental drowning deaths of another Ducky Tour that happened in one of the Great Lakes. I'm sure there are lawsuits from the griefing family members and survivors of the accidents, although justified might have caused then to not open up this summer. However, the Ducky Tours, in Pittsburgh, are in the rivers with less chance of winds and varied weather conditions like the Great Lakes. Those lakes are bigger than some countries and as a result you might have sunshine one section and strong winds on another. To conclude Ducky Tours in Pittsburgh are no more...not sure if it is permanent closure but we wont see them back for 2019 for sure.

We had a fantastic tour today, even with the rain. It is a great way to see and learn about Pittsburg. Captain Jason and Sara do an excellent job entertaining people of all ages!!!

I have wanted to do the Just Ducky tour for years. My family and I finally had the opportunity to go. It was quacking good time. A nice narrative tour of the city, seeing all of the beautiful buildings around Pittsburgh. And a ride on the river. Jason and Carol were very entertaining. It is so nice that they give the young ones the opportunity to drive the ducky boat. Well worth $25, and a yummy meal with great service afterwards at The Hard Rock Cafe. I definitely would do it again, probably in the fall to see the foliage.

There was a group of 10 of us and we all had a blast. It gave a quick and wonderful synopsis of the city.

Nice ride. 25$ for adults and 15$ for child. They cover downtown for 30 min and 30 min on the river. Guides are informative.

Wonderful tour of the city of Pittsburgh with the family in an amphibian tank (see photos) Our daughter loved the passage in the water and the walk in general and we loved our guides who were very funny in their explanations! Children can even drive in boat mode, "so cool"!

I had a great experience on the Just Ducky tours.. I got to drive the duck Boat/ mobile.. I really enjoyed my trip on the water.. I got to see the beauty of Pittsburgh and learn a little bit about Pittsburgh at the same time. It was very transgender friendly.. The staff was very perky and professional.. They were knowledgeable about Pittsburgh as well.

The tour was a blast! Bob and Jarrod kept it fun while telling us very interesting facts about Pittsburgh. Great experience! We'll be taking another group of relatives with us later this summer!

Some good insights about the city, but a bit boring.

The driver are rude and honk the horn at you when you're on the river walk and ride real close to shore when people are fishing.ive been told to deal with it because they're running a business.when they could steer further from shore

Just Ducky Tours is a really nice city tour in Pittsburgh. They drive you in the amphibious car thru the downtown streets first and then to the river. At the same time the captain and his helper are describing you part of the city history and some interesting stories. If you wanna get fun in a outside experience, just go with them! The tour is family friendly!

We're so happy that we did this on our trip to Pittsburgh. Loved the tour & all the corny jokes by the tour guides. You really get to see the sites of the city & ride out into the river which was so cool. I would totally do this tour again once my kids are a bit older to enjoy it more.

We went with our family and had a great time, lots of information about the city. Really interesting. The two guys that took us (Steve and Mitch) were awesome and funny too. Fun opportunity to spend some time sightseeing all together.

Took a just ducky tour of Pittsburgh with my husband and 2 year old nephew. I'm so sad for any reviews less than 5 because we had such a nice time. Both the driver and tour guide were very polite, entertaining, and professional. It was a beautiful day, and it was a great experience with a young child- we got to see great sights, learned about things we wouldn't have seen on our own, and the toddler was contained and excited. Cannot recommend this experience highly enough- thank you for such a joyful afternoon!

Just Ducky Tours are great! I lived in Pittsburgh for years, but loved learning some historical things. The corny jokes are awesome and the vehicles are very well maintained. I went with a group of adults and it was fun but also a very good option for families with kids of all ages.

What a great experience! We took our friends that were visiting from Germany and they loved it! James and Chris (our guides) were so entertaining and did a great job keeping everyone entertained while telling us fascinating facts about Pittsburgh. I highly recommend taking any out of town visitors, especially great for kids!

Pretty good tour. Learned a bit about Pittsburgh on the drive around town. The water portion seemed to be lacking a bit. Just took turns letting kids drive the boat for twenty minutes. I took the advice of some of the other reviewers and waited until an hour before the tour I wanted to go on to call and schedule just to be sure they had enough people as to not cancel. Wouldn t have another chance to go on it while in town and didn t want to be stuck with a coupon. But friendly staff, just have had better tour experiences in Chicago or San Fran.

Its a matter of opinion. It is a tour and it has a bit of interaction for the kids.. I took my niece and nephew along with my children and the age difference varied from 2 to 13 and everyone said they enjoyed it.

Went on this tour a few years ago. I thought it was a lot of fun, entertaining with a lot of information.. I'm going again this year if it is available. Really looking forward to it.Oh yeah, get ready for some ducky jokes.

The captain and the admiral were great silly fun while sharing trivia and pointing out thing that, as a local, I should know but didn't. The tour takes about an hour, it is on both land & water, and there is a chance to steer the ducky in the river. If you are looking for an intense, info-packed journey through Pittsburgh, this isn't it. If you are looking for a more relaxed journey through Pittsburgh with bad jokes, trivia, and loud quacking, then this is for you! I was on the one in Philly, and it wasn't as much fun as the Pittsburgh one is.

They might cancel with little notice! I worked for months to schedule a Just Ducky Tour with fix friends. I made a reservation for a Sunday at 6 p.m. which was confirmed that morning. At 3:50 p.m. they called and cancelled the tour because they didn't have enough people to go. The person I spoke to admitted that they needed 15 people to break even so they felt it was better to inconvenience us than run the boat. They offered me the 4:30 tour instead but since they called so late, I couldn't get there in time as the Parkway East was closed for the weekend.

I wrote them a letter explaining the situation in detail. I also requested my money back for the gift certificate that I had been given since this left such a bad taste in my mouth. I don't want to go through this again. it has been a week and I haven't heard anything back from them.

Bottom line - be prepared for them to cancel if you're not scheduled for a popular time!

I have been on a few of these tours. This was my fourth. Jason and Patrick were absolutely amazing as tour guides of the city. What a fabulous time!
This tour is funny, family friendly, and so informative. I learn something new about Pittsburgh Everytime I go on a ducky tour.
I highly recommend this company and the Pittsburgh ducky tours. You will have fun.
