Sp I go into the place asking for a oil change and I have to wait for my oil filter. No problem. Once they get done I leave and head for work before I leave town. I checked my oil level (electronic) and its sitting below the minimum level telling me to add a quart to be able to drive at a safe level. I call and ask them how much oil they put in and they tell me 5 quarts. My car holds 6.6 quarts and most places put 7. They said they wanted me to go back and check it out just to be sure. I showed up and they told me that they checked the computer and it told them 5. They had good intentions its just they must of not known what they are doing if they are just going by what the computer tells them. Im not driving no 4 cylinder toyota, this is a 2006 6 cylinder bmw.And they are lucky I checked my oil level or I would of blown my engine.And yes I recorded my car when I noticed what happened and I recorded me and the crew there for legal purposes.

Made an appointment early in the morning to come in and get my front brake pads changed. I was told that due to the work overflow that it could take as long as 2 hours. I liked the upfront honesty and brought it in.

I was going to drop my car off but was asked to stay. I agreed and to my surprise they were able to get me back my car in 35 min. I was warned that my rotor may need replacing on my next visit.

I will never take my car anywhere else. The honesty from the receptionist to the techs and the who I assume was the manager made this a pleasant trip to the mechanic.

Took my 2000 Chevy pickup in because the brakes were soft. The diagnosis was quick, fixed promptly and the price quoted was what was charged. The brakes are
working properly now and I am happy with the service.

Took my 2004 Volvo s40 in to get break pads replaced. Called early in the morning and set up a time to come in and get them done since I only had a couple hours open on my day and I was told it would only take 30-45min. Upon arrival they took about 30min to even get my car into the bay that was already open. Once then took my car in they got all the wheels off and told me just needed a rotor replaced. After giving me this information they preceded to leave my car alone and did not touch it for the next 2 hours. Apparently making an appointment means nothing because all of the mechanics started going home and I ended up being there for almost 4 hours to get my break pads replaced, making me over two hours late to work.

Ontop of my 4 hour wait, 2 days later I was making deliveries at work and my breaks went completely out when someone cut me off. Luckily I my parking break works because that's what I had to use for the 10 mile trip across town in traffic to get home. I returned the next day since they were closed and they told me that my breakline was busted and now they need to work on it and charge me more for the work. If a breakline was going to break on its own, which i have never had an issie with my breaks, it should have been noticed while they were working putting the new pads on.

This is the type of place that makes people scared to take their cars into mechanic shops.

I came in looking to get my brakes replaced when the crew there realized that my car could use some extra work. My battery actually died while I was in the shop and they went above and beyond their jobs to order me a new battery, get it delivered, and install it all that same day. They were very polite and courteous with regards to trying to keep my price low. They also offered me a ride home while they worked which was very nice. All in all, I will definitely be going back to this Just Brakes.

took my vehicle here to get my brakes replaced a little while back, and they did a phenomenal job. took me into the shop and showed me what they were replacing, along with being quick and providing quality work. my car stops on a dime now, just like it did when i first bought the vehicle. Just brakes is alot better then they were before, they makes real honest quotes and will show you what is wrong, i will say that anybody that has a problem take your car by and give them a chance to show you they know what there doing. Thanks Just Brakes!

Awesome customer service. Jackson who I believes manages the store is a super nice guy who is very honest about anything concerning your vehicle. Great place for great business.

Excellent experience. Their service is always fast and the people are very friendly. Their advice also helped preserve my car engine and save me a couple of bucks too!

Quick oil change, friendly service, knowledgeable workers...

People were friendly, but they did a poor job. Got new pads and machined the rotors but car still vibrates. Took it back and the guy told me it was fine, just had to wear them in. Realized later that he had me wait so long to break them in that the warranty expired
