I just wanted to say thank you to Christian from the AdLister live support desk.
I couldn t find something on the new interface and Christian was extremely helpful. He informed me that what I wanted to find was no longer listed on the new interface and instead of leaving it at that, he said that he would speak to the developer and get back to me. Naturally, I assumed something might be done about it but I wasn t sure as to whether I would actually get contacted back as most live support desks aren t great at keeping you in communication once you ve finished a conversation with them via online.
Christian not only contacted the developer and got it fixed for me, but he also called me (even though I hadn t given him our number so he went to the effort to find it) to inform me when it was now available and ready for me to use. He noticed on the phone to me that there was a typo in the new URL he had given me (something to do with the developer I think) and told me. He then rang me again later that day to tell me that he had spoken to the developer and the typo was now fixed. It was also lovely to hear back from two of the Directors who had nothing but nice things to say. A great team all together!
Overall, I just felt it was necessary to write in to customer feedback at Just Applications to thank Christian and say he was a credit to your company yesterday and today. It may have only been a small (ish) issue but it is met with the same satisfaction as a big issue being solved when it is handled so professionally and you generally feel like your issue is cared for. Great service!
