Nice hotel in a decent location. Only 15 minutes from Harry potter world so very convenient. Beds not bad but need extra pillows.

I was disappointed with the level of service I received at this hotel. On arrival it took me 25 minutes to get into my room and 3 journeys up and down the stairs - they have issues with the hinges on floor 4, which need fixed. On top of this I accidentally left my charger plugged into the wall, realised 30 minutes after leaving and housekeeping said it wasn't there. A shame really as I sometimes work in Watford and the hotel options are poor as it is.

Comfortable and well located. A treat to spend time there.

On the 19th Dec 2015 myself n my work colleagues had our Xmas do here the food was appalling it looked like it had been cooked hours ago n then warmed up in a microwave I had the hake frm tge Xmas menu n how unappetising did it look aeroplane food looks better the sprouts were rock hard it was utterly disgusting n on top of it the staff were quite rude not one smile I think this hotel needs to be re assessed in its rating

Good hotel. Well located in front of the hus stop (line from airport).

Very friendly, helpful staff and lovely facilities.

Clean serviceable room, quite pleasant. Check in after booking via an agent seemed to take while to sort out by staff are polite and friendly.

Very pleasant room, good air conditioning. Comfy bed. Lovely staff. Fantastic room service from 10pm till 7 am. BUT beware, the sandwiches are ENORMOUS. We ordered 2 & could only eat half of each. Very nice though. Good food in coffee shop/bar, a bit slow. Would definitely go again.

The only reasons I haven t given 5 stars is firstly because we didn t get any sleep because our room was uncomfortably warm, stuffy and airless. The ac wouldn t work but as we d been out on a New Year s Party and didn t get back until after 2am we were too tired to go down to reception and ask them to look at it. The couple we went with also had the same problem with their room and all four of us had a sleepless night.
The parking is also confusing. On the website it says a discount will be received on the nearest public car park, but although we were told where this was, no mention was made about the discount.
Apart from that the hotel was great. Room and bathroom spotless, lovely large bed and breakfast was great. Also very well placed for Watford Colosseum, bars and shops.

Very good hotel ... the impeccable rooms and the perfect customer service. If you go to London, communication with metro or train is very easy. If you want to go see the studies where they did Harry Potter, the buses leave there.

Nice, clean and remote hotel from a walk to the Watford Junction station. Spacious room.

Decent food, very clean, friendly staff, modern building

Rooms are small for jury's Inn and a bit dated. The walls were very thin and you could hear the other guests during the night.

Great location, literally next to the town centre. Clean rooms and beds super comfy. Breakfast was great too. Great selection of food and friendly staff.

Great hotel and good breakfast buffet. Didn't had parking, but there's one nearby charging 4quid a day. Get the ticket validated in hotel reception.

Good value. Rooms seem to have been refurbished. Good breakfast choice. Good location, not too far from the station.

A pleasant stay and a great nights sleep. A hotel that understands that good pillows help you sleep better. The bed was comfy and rooms really well maintained and clean. Located close to the Watford Junction railway station and a couple of minutes walk to the town centre, it is well located. Good vending machine for snacks and essential items and not stupidly priced. Would recommend for a business traveller.

Great hotel, helpful staff, good sized rooms, comfortable beds, free wifi, superb food in the restaurant. Close to Intu Watford Mall. Loads of eateries near the hotel - bust stop right outside the hotel and a few hundred meters to the train station. Has a bar, love the smell in reception.

Room was clean, decent for an overnight stay and located right next to the high street so easy to get to, friendly staff

Although the room was great and the staff were very friendly we did not have a good night. The hotel had an event on meening Lou music was playing untill after 12. Unfortunately loud guests arguing shouting and banging doors throughout the night kept us from having much sleep. Having to ring reception to get security at 2am is something no on should have to do.

Was disappointed with the room when we checked in as it was for two adults and 2 children there was only a double bed and a pull-out bed that was the size of a single this was not big enough for two ten year old to sleep on after speaking to reception the manager brought an extra bed to the room and both children where given a free 3 course meal in the restaurant staff are very helpful and friendly went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay

Basic room but comfortable and has everything needed.. spacious workspace, comfy bed, and shower/bath facilities. Only had breakfast here but couldn't complain sometimes buffet style food loses quality but everything was tasty! Bit of noise from the main road but that can only be helped so much.

I think this is a really comfortable, good value hotel. Much improved after the refurbishment, beds and pillows are very comfortable. Prefer this to the Holiday Inn on the same road.

Lovely hotel. The only reason I didn't give it 5 * is the fact there is no on site parking you have to drive round and park on a multi storey a few streets away.

Not a 4 star hotel, but ok for short periods of time. Without mini fridge or minibar.

Have been staying here 3 years in a row, as have had weddings at The Langley. This hotel ideal situated within 10 mins walk. Sutton car park best place to park your car, only 3 mins walk. Rooms are good size, breakfast has good selection. Has good size lobby and bar area to relax in

I've stayed at this hotel a few times and it is very clean and tidy plus right in the middle of town. Shame there is no parking, but there is cheap 24 hour parking on the high street.

I have to say I was only here for a first aid course but the staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were good and the place was clean. Nice place to come for a couple of days training at least

Staff where welcoming,and it was very clean and tidy. Also in the perfect location for anything you may have planned .

The reception staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival. My room on the 4th floor was spacious, clean and tidy. One of my bug bears in hotels is mould, mildew etc in the bathroom and sadly there was a small amount in the grouting of the tiles.
The TV reception was ropey (I got about 10 minutes before the signal went) but thankfully I hooked up my laptop via an HDMI cable and didn't need the Freeview. Coupled with the free fast Wi-Fi this was ideal.
We ate in the bar on the first evening, the food was fine but as we were the only people there it was lacking a bit of atmosphere.
The breakfast was what I'd expect and there was a good choice for all tastes. It's not the first time I've stayed at this Jury's Inn and I'd happily recommend it to anyone.
If you're visiting the Harry Potter Studio Tour it's ideal.

Great location since it near intu watford and also watford market. Walking distance as well to the watford junction for access to central london. Staff is friendly, breakfast is standard. Room were nice, you got double and single bed in a standard room, which is an extra point if you have kids

Lovely hotel great location near to shops bars and restaurants. But noisy room at front and sleepless night loses it a star.
