The decor was pleasant, furniture comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Tea and coffee was provided for the event. I enjoyed my visit.

Facilities were great but this meeting room hire was let down by preparation and offering. Staff were helpful enough but the service package needs much work

Spotlessly clean hotel with welcoming, polite and professional staff. The bed was very comfy and the shower quite powerful with a plentiful supply of hot water. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection . I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

We came as family as we was going to harry potter world. We had joining room which was excellent. Will stay again soon. Definitely recommend Jury's Inn.

Great little hotel near the town ctr...
Everything you expect from a Jury's, although car parking is off site and a couple of minute walk which would be a pain in bad weather.
Well stocked bar, ok food selection and good rooms with all the mod cons.

Fabulous staff, super clean rooms. Some refurbishments happening at the moment but they didn't cause any disruption to us.

I always had a good experience. But this time, really not. AC is controlled from the reception which is a task to call them to decrease and increase. In the night rooms are quite warm ( more than the tolerance) and suffocating. In morning its quite cold. I think it should be controlled from the room itself as calling reception every now and then is just time consuming.

Myself and my wife stay at the Jury s Inn Watford on average 20 nights a year and have done so for years. We live in Canada and use it as a base when visiting family in the UK. Location couldn t be better with close access to many restaurants and bars. We have always found the staff to be excellent, extremely helpful, very attentive and wanting to please. The only negative is that some of the rooms are getting tired and the room we stayed in during our recent trip (Executive floor) is in need of a complete Reno. It s a shame as it s making us consider other hotels for our next trip in September.

Great position for city centre. Clean, excellent service, food intolerances catered for which was a bonus.

Stayed at Jurys Inn Watford for two nights whilst visiting the Harry Potter studio tour. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was clean and well furnished, and the bathroom was a similar standard. More

Received a nights stay here as a gift. Lovely new room was comfortable and clean. Bed was so comfy! Helpful staff at front desk helped with enquiries. Good size tv with a good choice of complimentary hot drinks. Bathroom was nice. Lovely variety of choices at breakfast!

Close to Watford junction station and good for the price.

Didn't like the fact that you couldn't take a guest to your room after 10pm

Again a pleasant stay in this hotel. Friendly staff, more than enough choice at breakfast buffet. Only issue was early wake up call by fire alarm . But better safe than sorry

I only visited for a digital function so i can't comment on the rooms or value particularly. Public areas smart, well kept and professional, as were the staff. Clean facilities.

Good location. Solid lobby bar that is buzzing. Might stay there next time... depending if I want them parade proximity or the train station.

Attended the jurys inn in watford for a personal licence course in one of their meeting rooms. The room was kept well and all the staff were very friendly

Nice clean rooms. Enough pillows. Warm .quiet. staff pleasant.
Discovered the milk pots in the room were 'off' and soon replaced - even at 1130pm.
Didn't have anything - some of this decision was the price, so we are breakfast out.
Nice decor.
Would use again.

I airrived at this hotel! As I was staying with someone. They refused to let me in causing problems early hours in the morning. The manager was disrespectful calling me names. I didn t get to see my partner. The clearnee and manager was rude and unprofessional

Good place to stay. Not that much parking though. Road is sometimes busy. Staff are nice and friendly. Inn is 8 mins walk from Watford Junction.

Awful beds, I woke up in agony due to neck and back pain. Staff are a mixed bag, surly and huffy like a teenager. They also stop you and check you off on a list when returning to the hotel and then you have to deal with swipe doors everywhere, no idea why this hotel needs such excessive and disruptive security compared to everywhere else I've ever stayed! Would also help if the swipe cards actually worked properly. Room was boiling hot despite adjusting aircon down to a low temp. Will avoid in future, which is a shame as my first visit several years ago was completely different.
