Our 2012 Jura J9 has been serviced by Jura in Colne several times. Every time our experience with this company has been above and beyond. Our machine recently serviced has come back as brand new. Impeccable service. In these unprecedented times (our machine developed a fault just before lockdown ) has been repaired and serviced to a very high standard. These machines are expensive and do need to be repaired from time to time but the coffee results are amazing. Adam who handed back the machine and explained the service to me was a gem. Goodbye instant coffee. Thank you very much.

Have been working with Jura for 18 months. Very disappointed with the consistent poor service received from them. They don't seem to care for their distributors - & the servicing of machines is also very poor. Products are reasonable, that was what we initially were sold on, but the company is too complacent and inflexible- customer service doesn't enter into it! I sincerely hope Jura improve- they have plenty of good competition who are very willing to help, and offer great machines.

Superb service from start to finish. Our trusted S9 is now 14 years old and last went to Jura UK for a repair approx 2 to 3 years ago. Well, what a transformation in terms of customer experience in May 2019 - there must be a new team / leadership on board. Thank you, our coffee machine looks brand new!

Called today as Error 8 came up on my machine and then Tray full when it was clean. Spoke to Adam on the phone he was incredibly friendly and helpful and was able to help me resolve the problem by talking me through. Totally restored my faith in Jura.

Nice product but shame they don't know how to use ...

Nice product but shame they don't know how to use it. Have tried for a year to find out how to change the default strength on a C5 machine from mild to normal and they keep telling me they don't know how to do it. The manual ommitts this information. Shame on Jura.
