Been going to Jungle Island for paintballing a few months now. I LOVE this place, but I'm only giving it 3 stars for on site maintenance issues that occur far too often. Some points below:
Maps are really fun!
Refs are friendly and fair.
The locals that come out every weekend here rule, great group of people!
Shop on site!
Bathrooms on site! No running water far too often though.
Constant air issues which either take forever to resolve or simply don't get resolved **Please fix this**
Did a pipe break?
This place has really cool fields, but until that rancid cesspool of stagnant water in the middle of the parking lot is cleaned up, we cant return. The smell is so bad, it made me nauseous. The wind carries it all around the parking lot... I couldn't enjoy the day having to smell that every time I returned to my car. Staff blames it on "old paintballs," but you cannot deny the smell or that there is standing water. This has to be a health hazard. No excuse for this level of disrepair or disregard for customer's health and comfort.
We had a lot of fun. We had to make a schedule change a few days before our party event, and we were told that there wouldn't be any issues. When we got there, our team seemed to be in the way of other teams that were scheduled. It was a little bit chaotic, maybe the message didn't go through that we were changing her time. Aside from that, everything was fun and great. I felt that my kids were safe.
Pretty cool place. Nice staff and they enforce the rules well. Very nice environment for newer players.
Great place for paint balling and Airsoft. Nice and somewhat helpful staff. First timers could miss out on some matches if you don't pay attention to the announcements and ask questions. Lots of field courses at this location.
Giving this place a 3, would be a 5 if it weren t for the two little brother refs there. Very disrespectful unprofessional and they both think they own jungle island. They were acting like they were irritated to be there, they need customer service training. so if you get the two short refs one with long hair good luck!
The courses are great and a lot of fun, and it s a great place to play paintball.
Lots of fun, great staff. I would recommend parking in the back so your car doesn't get hit with paintballs though. Definitely would go again, lots of maps to play on.
This is an exceptional paintball park. I believe i rivals SC village in Corona, with both of them having their own ups and downs. It seems a little more laid back than SC but just as fun. There were restrooms on site and a small parts shop which sold batteries, accessories, and food. There is a pizza run to the local COSTCO. If you want to prepay for a pizza to guarantee you get one you must place your order at the office by 1030 am. If you don't then you will have to try your luck on getting one of the additional pizzas they order. It is nice to go to different places to play paintball a little change makes you enjoy the sport a little more. The Office staff was helpful and attentive and there was always a monitor at the chrono station. This place is a little cheaper than SC Village with an equal type of experience. There were about half as many people there as opposed to SC Village. Overall a good place to play.
Really fun place, good maps. Rentals are no good. I got a hopper with duct tape on it and my sister was given a clogged barrel. Best to get your own gear and pay the $30 for all day
