Given the great products I decided to rely on JJ for my wedding outfits. My whole family ordered clothes from JJ. What a disaster!!...

The idea was to get the items shipped to the US/home from the store in Pakistan. Spent countless hours on the phone and Skype sessions to make the order and get the "custom" sizing. The staff involved repeatedly told me not to worry about sizing and delivery timing. Completely dishonest.

Ordered close to 15 items for $2,000.... and only 25% of the order was actually what we ordered. Items were wrong sizes, missed, not the color promised, etc...and delivered later than promised which made life complicated for me (the groom!).

- Don't trust anything you are told. Sizing was wrong, orders were mixed up (mine and my dads switched!?!?), was told a discount would be applied and never was.

- I had to find a tailor locally to alter my expensive sherwanis. At my own additional expense.

- My dad was forced to keep clothing he didn't order because we ran out of time dealing with them.

- To top it all off, I was told I could ship items to the Houston location and the order the stuff I wanted. After promising to reimburse me for the shipping - they didn't do it. So I shipped clothes and didn't get any kind of credit for the returns... dishonest again.

Bottom line - lot of errors and no responsibility to correct errors. Save your time, money, and sanity and figure out an alternate or just buy directly inside of the store where you know what you will get.

Poor customer service, I am waiting so long for my order but no response or update. I have sent my queries through the mail, Facebook, Instagram, but it seems like customer service doesn't exist. Very unprofessional management, I have placed my order on 10 May 2020 but still haven't received that. I am very disappointed with this service.
I hope anyone responds to that.

It's factory building located in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.

They are worst people. I went for an interview but they don't have respect for people. They treat people like trash. Which is very sad. They keep you on hold for 3 hours and then they will call for interview and they so unorganized. They don't even bother anything. I am wondering how this company is running ..

Horrible Horrible customer service. Customers have been waiting for their EID orders for weeks. Eid came and gone but no response or update. Their Instagram is filled with complaints but no response. Look like customer or management service doesn't exist. Shameless service. I placed my order om May 2nd 2020 but still hasn't received the order or got any update. Today is June 1st. Very very disappointed. I regret the day I shopped at JJ.

I provided my all information and order # but still hasn't received my order or nor they are returning my money. I atleast called 10 times from USA. Once they talk to me after that no response nor i received my order. So many frustrated customers. Check Instragram and Facebook with customers begging for their orders. I am platinium member but i will never order online from them. Worst experience of my life. I dont know who is running this come..
