Okay so second visit here and won't go back. This place is closer than boomerang as I don't live in the West End. I brought my son and he had his grip socks from boomerang. I felt like it was a bit of an overreaction to him wearing them. My son was instructed by David to ride the bench and he would have to go get "jumpology" grip socks. Then David got distracted by other guests and I had to remind him that we were still waiting there for him to return. There was really no consistent reason from the staff on why they were unacceptable. It ranged from boomerang being unclean to their grip socks aren't safe. If I signed a waiver releasing jumpology of liability to injury, what's the deal?

We had a great time there on New Years Eve. The customer service was excellent especially from Clifton. He took his time making sure my child felt safe on her jump and cheered for her when she did it. Thank you!

Had a great birthday party for our 3-year old! Clifton was our party host, and he did an amazing job. He was very hands on and enthusiastic with the kids and adults. I would highly recommend Clifton and Jumpology for any parents planning parties in the future!

Honestly, I did not like my experience at all. I feel like the cost of jumping per hour is not even worth it. It was super overcrowded so we didn t get to experience all of the attractions and it smelled so bad and it looked so unclean. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone. My husband and I only paid for 1 hour and we didn t even stay for the whole hour. It was just terrible. I will however say that some of the staff was really nice.

It was a great time for our family. I think I was the only mother there not in boots and leggings hugging my coffee lol ... I had a great time jumping and flipping with my kids! Thank you for the memories we were able to make at your establishment!

I truly enjoyed the trampoline park today. The only thing I was disappointed about was the permission slip. My group had a lot of trouble with it. I was also disappointed about the cleanliness of the men s bathroom. Overall 4/5

Taken my brother here multiple times never been asked about me being his parent. So I take him today and my cousin and they ask if I'm the parent to which I'm not so they won't let them jump. I get the rule but been going here for years why not ask the question till now. And why let me fill out all the waiver stuff THEN ask me afterwards? Get it together.

To Management's reply.

I may not have been caught? That makes it sound like I was doing something mischievous... thats poor phrasing. GET IT TOGETHER! But I will up it to 3 stars for the response even though it seemed a bit snarky and because staff is generally nice and because I wrote the review in anger because the associate didn't say sorry for the misunderstanding of communication on before visits. That would of made all the difference.

Great for kids

Great for kids
But in the past 2 years they ruined the entire facility for anyone older than 10. Used to love this place, now it has limited jump space And a sea of toddlers. Grip socks are mandatory for safety and sanitation however these people can wear these socks anywhere such as the bathroom and then walk right back on to the trampolines, cant use the supertramp with grip socks either. Its more dangerous and it is not anymore sanitary than children wearing socks their jumpology socks at home or into public bathrooms. Wont be coming back any longer as it is too dangerous to even do anything without a toddler runnning into you. So much wasted space on obstacles no one uses, such as an airbag landing pad. Dont go if you dont have a child.

Large facility with different areas to play. The first time we went the staff was very helpful. On our second trip, the staff wasn't as attentive and didn't man the stations as expected. I was told I couldn't hold my two-year old's hand to jump- that she had to jump by herself. However, I was required to pay to jump with her because of her age.

The entire experience was amazing except for one staff member that ruined my day... it was September 2nd and this person was running the zip line thing when he screamed at me to let go and rudely asked if I was deaf, he was wearing a gray hoodie. I hope Jumpology sees this and everyone else thinking of going to Jumpology sees this. I know this might make me not want to go to Jumpology again, I hope you feel the same way. Thanks for reading, have a good day.

Love this place! Come here with my kids every time we pass through Richmond. Read some of the comments about kids/toddlers and was irritated... Watch your own kids people this is a trampoline establishment...not a day care or babysitting service. Seriously. We have found the staff courteous, accommodating, and safety conscious. This is a well run establishment. Highly recommend.

Took the grandkids, drove down from King George... Great website, but it should have had a notice that about 20% of it was closed, the climbing section... that's what I would call it, not sure, they had a foam wall and roped it off... the grandkids would have really enjoyed it... did they offer me a 20% discount? Ummm...no... I might have asked for one, but they didn't tell me when I paid, that it wasn't fully up and running... also, they need to have the foam-pits manned at all times - small children jumping and swinging in with others in the pit... I told one of the refs about it and she went there immediately... all that said, kids had a good time! Not sure we'll be back, though...

The place is fun and the prices are fair, however the customer service is horrendous. It s just a bunch of teenagers under 18 who go around flirting with every girl that shows up. Saw a guy and a girl who both worked there who wouldn t stop being all over each other and making out. Thought they were supposed to be watching us and making sure we didn t hurt ourselves?

I really like Jumpology and my son has a really good time when we go. The main issue I have with Jumpology and why we won't be going back until my son is older is because their "toddler time" is not toddler time at all. Granted it says clearly on their website that toddler time is not age exclusive-meaning older kids can get in, but they do absolutely nothing to protect the toddlers from the larger kids they're letting in. Last time I was there with my 2 year old he was on his own trampoline and an adult came over and started jumping on the same trampoline. He could have seriously gotten injured and the staff did and said nothing about the adult doing this. I think we will stick with SkyZone since their toddler time is a true toddler time and no big kids can get into their area.

It s a nice place and all but they should repeat what you get because we had asked for an hour and A HALF. Then we got an hour and we had to leave early. I really enjoyed it but I didn t want to have to go back and forth to get more time. That s why I wanted to buy it all at once. Besides that the lights, music, and obstacles they have are great.

Not to be trusted! Bought tickets for a 9:30am jump. We were asked to be there at 9:00am. Would have been great if the place was actually open during the times when it sells tickets. Toddler is disappointed and now mom gets to waste more time trying to get our money back.

You all should provide a refund and let us come back free for our wasted time.

Thanks for the excellent service the other day. I stopped in to pick up gift cards for my teenage nephews for the holidays. After talking with Kellie, I found out that Jumpology caters to kids 6 and under as well. Learning that, I decided to buy gift cards and socks for them, too. Thanks for a great customer experience! #shoppingisdone

I have taken my 3 sons there for years and they have always had the best time. Its always been a safe, fun environment. It just happens that my middle son Chase now works there and he loves it. 5 stars from me.

Normally i would rate 5 stars but since Covid they have removed all the seating for parents except a few benches. There is no seating for parents who are not jumping not even socially distant chairs. Needless to say i wont be back anytime soon

My grandson and I love Jumpology. He is 4 yrs old and we go from 9-10 am on either Monday or Wednesday. Sometimes we are the only ones there and would love for more kids to come. I am 63 and love the exercise. It is great for the body's lymphatic and immune systems.

Had taken my kids here couple of times for friend s birthday parties before hosting one for my kid. Awesome experience with great help from the staff at the front desk & the assigned party helper- Gage was incredible, polite & very professional but at the same time very helpful in making the party a success. Surprise gift for the birthday girl - year round free entry pass was unbelievable.
Would recommend this place to host a Bday party in a heartbeat. Special shout out to Gage for being so helpful!!!

Saturday afternoon I walk in to the rumbling sound of great music and joys of laughter, and assistant manager Guy Evans welcoming me into the park. Jumpology is grand of a place. Thank you Jumpology, and thank you Guy Evans.

Had my daughters 3 year old Birthday party here at Jumpology at VCC on the 26th of February. What an amazing time the children had. The "Helper" Andrea that was assigned to us was fantastic. The ages for jumping was 15 months to 4 years old. However I did have the party on a week day in the morning to avoid crowds and larger children. I would totally do this again!
PS. We had food from Chick-Fil-a and if you mention that your having a party at Jumopogy you get 10% off.

I really wish there was a way to rate in half star increments.

My girlfriend and I went on a Friday night using the Groupon we purchased. The staff seemed to be disoriented and 'new', but helpful.

We received our glow on the dark wrist bands and jumped on in! See what I did there?

Our session started at around 9:00 and we had a blast! The trampolines are sized perfect for one adult, maybe a couple of children. The assortment of trampoline styles is above par. They have a dodgeball court, that has 'lanes' similar to a bowling alley. They also have a Ninja style course that can be timed or done for fun.

Overall the facility was clean, the equipment seemed to be working in great condition, the staff was friendly and helpful despite not being process oriented.

I hope you find my review helpful! Jump on!

they don't care about their staff. Lack of computer assistance and front desk. The line is wrapped with currently 4 people at counter. It seems like the team works alone but as one to pick up what they don't have. I blame Management.

My wife and I went here for Valentine's Day to do something different and it was the best idea she has ever had...we had a blast and ignore those petty comments about lack of customer service and no place for toddlers...everyone is allowed to have fun take the toddlers to romp and roll if you do want teenagers to get in the way...I have four kids and will be bringing them there soon

I took my family there yesterday and we had a blast! We went right when they opened and were the only ones in the entire gym. My 2 and a half year old had enough room for his own trampoline and loved it. I could see how if it was busier it may get pretty crazy in there. But awesome place! It looks like we're planning to go back today!

This place is over priced. $14 For one child to jump for an hour. Now they REQUIRE YOU TO PURCHASE THEIR SOCKS. NO YOU CAN NOT USE ANY OTHER KIND! Kids like the place. No amenities of any kind here.

Pretty good place to let little ones burn off some energy. For all ages though some jumps are obviously age restricted. Seating for parents not exactly plush but ok. You have to buy their socks which you can keep and they now have 1 hour minimum instead of 30 minutes which was disappointing. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful.

Disorganized. Snotty staff at front desk. Tried to overcharge us by putting wrong ages into the system. Water fountain was broken. This place was no better than the other places, so why would you go here? Avoid!

Kids enjoyed the time. For the ticket price, extensive you can t sue me even if it s due to my negligence waiver , and added cost to purchase their socks , I would have hoped that all jumping venues were open. Two of the areas were closed due to lack of staff present. This place caters to toddlers and less demanding parents.

Jumpology has always been one of my favorites the environment is clean and fun filled but now its even better because my little sister India is there to help out and I know she does a great job!

Jump to it! You'll jump for joy
The kids love this place. There is comfy seating for those not jumping. Be sure to plan to stay with your young kids as there is no security watching who leaves with whom. Only downfall is it smells like feet.
