Very good hotel,I recomend it. Food is really good .. and everything is super clean

I visited the hotel very briefly for an event. Although, I loved how the spaces are designed. Hospitality and staff is top notch and ready to help you. I have only visited the lobby, toilet and the beach side at night on my visit and can tell you only so much. Unless you are willing to sponsor a stay here. The view of Burj al Arab is spectacular. The food in our buffet was delicious as well.

Compared to other hotels and their facilities, this is very modern and the staff is very friendly. Food very good as there are 7 different "restaurants" or categories such as "English or Indian" food etc. I'm trying to find something to moan about but not there.

Another master piece of Jumeirah. We have been there to enjoy the beach. The white sandy beache is pleasant to hangout even in the scorching sunlight. Added in the view is the icon of Dubai, Burj Al Arab. Being unwilling to get sunburn in the gorgeous blue water, ended up jumping into the Wild Wadi water park, which is under the shoulder of the Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

Had a superb dinner on the beach at "Beachcombers" that features a comprehensive buffet leaning to the Asian side of things. The food was just fantastic with excellent Sushi and other foods from the East. A great view of the Burj Al Arab across the beach and perfect weather this time of the year. The Jumeirah Beach Hotel still rocks after all these years. Ate at this same restaurant long ago when it first opened. Same great experience!

One the best 5 star hotel on jumeirah road near Bur al Arab. Lobby, restaurants and rooms are outstanding.... lobby is best place for business meetings.the whole properity is almost suitable for business community...

The Service of a 5 Star Hotel was far from the expected from such a Hotel.
We had several issues and the Service was not able to solve it nor able to provide a timely answer.
We had requested during our arrival day 4 times for the kids beds to be made and only in the evening after the 4th request it was done. Really not up to a 5 Star Hotel standard.
The second major point; on the website a 20% discount on F&B was promoted with our booking rate. During check in we asked for the 20% discount and they were not able to answer on that. We asked another 3 times for a confirmation and after 1.5 days, not hours, one and a half day we got the answer that the offer was mot valid anymore and Marketing was taking it off the website. No solution, no sorry, just this fact was the answer from Reception.
I have never experienced such a treatment in a 5 Star Hotel my entire life. This is the first review I wrote, but I had to get it off my mind.
I must admit we were helped by a really nice and professional Person from the Hotel. We were lucky we bumped into him, otherwise we would have been lost with this treatment.
Mr. Joe Gates was the wonderful and helpful Person who make me belief in Hotelservice and guest oriented service again.

A long line waiting to check in and check out on arrival, arrived to the hotel at 3:00pm and got my 1st room around 4:30pm and the 2nd room got the keys around 7:00pm !!

Service in the hotel doesn t represent a 5 star hotel at all.

Even at the buffet restaurant the service was below average and we had to ask and remind the waiters for anything we required.

The renovated rooms are very good in their design and quality but it was surprising that there is no Shattaf or Bidet in the bathrooms !!

The duty manager later tried his best to compensate me with a free meal and offered a discount on 1 of the room ms rate but this cannot hide that there is a huge management failure in managing this hotel.

Nice quality, nice garden. I have some doubts about water quality, having the Port at 200m.
Coffee shop incredibly and unreasonable expensive. One espresso coffee around 10$.

I visited this place sometimes ago, had drinks and bites at Dhow and Anchor with my colleagues, service was great.Jumeirah Beach Hotel is beautiful and classy just as it looks on the outside, there are in house swimming pools on the other side that are not far from the beach also. Views are mind blowing.This is one of the best place for tourists to land first since it's connected to the great Burj al arab, Wilwadi water park and the Beach.

Never do you deal sweet and elegant at a five-star hotel if I could not give them a star. By God alone, the deal is never sweet and never the standard of a five-star hotel from the hour 2 Nitria. Our room is lean at seven o'clock and no one gave us the room.

.. I sat in it for 5 days I was in a conference .. And the 5 days this is what I took out to any other place because it is comprehensive everything you want, which is all under one roof

It was an amazing experience. Never forget that evening. With such a hospitable staff and delicious food in the Latitude restaurant we mouth watering. Thank you for having me.

Very disappoint with the new gym/fitness center , not a fan of Cybex machines due over complicated , unecessaily so. Much prefer the old techogym equipement. At least the cardio machine stayed with quality . Oh well !

Worth seeing but too much excitement ... but very clean maintained

Very pleasant place to be, right next to the open palm beach free of charge. Lots to do, a 360 degrees club right next at the hotel. 100% recommend you to visit it.

The hotel is great in terms of rooms, view, service and breakfast. There are water games for children and a private beach at the hotel.
wild wadi water park is free if you stay in this hotel.
