I have visited the store several times. The products are of low quality and you know they are for a few uses, hence the low price on several of them. The staff is very polite and willing to serve. The staff at the box office is polite.

The worst with a different Jumbo store I've visited. The corridors do not fit either the trolleys and if someone in front of you stops, you have to make a circle to continue. The only good thing is the low prices in many products.

As in all jumbo ... all fake. Poor quality in products

Chaos ... there is no proper design in product placement. You have to travel miles to find different products in the same category.

NO SECURITY MEASUREMENT !!! Unacceptable, all they care about is profit !! Overcrowding everywhere, a mask from the staff, the only thing there is an antiseptic to use at the exit and the lines on the floor in the boxes that are funny, because it is never observed, not even a message from the speakers for distances !!!
Where are the plexiglass, which are the antiseptics, which is the right example that the staff should give following the rules of protection, to feel that there is safety at all costs !!! It's really like nothing happened !!!

It has a big variety of low and middle quality items but they generally treat employees like dirt (they pay only minimum wage, not at all overworked time, bad behaviour towards them, more tasks than the ones mentioned in their kob description etc).

They never process refunds which by the way its illegal in this country yet people still buy from them... they also force you to walk from one side of the store to the other often in a different level...ie to get to the tills you're forced to walk through the entire store...

Huge store. Huge variety, huge parking, incredible volume of goods but unfortunately few employees. You want to ask for information and there is nobody.

At least in Kolonos the problem is centered on the parking area, which is crossed by passing cars, endangering customers especially with young children!
