Hate this chain with a passion! Returns for faulty goods one day and non faulty another??? Are you serious? They never process refunds which by the way its illegal in this country yet people still buy from them... they also force you to walk from one side of the store to the other often in a different level...ie to get to the tills you're forced to walk through the entire store...
