This afternoon selected tiles for our new toilets. Neatly made an appointment and said that we had been forwarded by the construction company, etc. Upon arrival, we were allowed to take a look in the large showroom and speak to an employee with questions. Done and everything arranged immediately and neatly when we made a tile choice. Good service for less than 300 in tile.

Super informed in the store, seller took the time to inform us well. Finally, have the bathroom and toilet tiled with top quality by Julius van der Werf.
Very poor customer service and from the moment the loot is in there is no cooperation whatsoever.
A few months ago ordered tiles from Julius vd Werf. On delivery, part of the delivery turned out to be damaged and full of production errors. We have therefore decided to return it. When registering the return delivery by telephone, the response was very uninterested, but if we insisted on it, the tiles could be returned. Once brought back by ourselves to Julius vd Werf, it appears that return costs of 40 have been charged. Nothing has ever been said about this! When inquiring by telephone, they suddenly act as if they are not a party and only point to the contractor. Individuals would not be able to file complaints or request information. A strange thing because before placing the order contact was no problem at all. The return costs are therefore passed on by Julius vd Werf to the contractor. They are clearly trying to send you into the reeds with a bunch.
In short: lousy shop with very bad after sales. A huge recommendation!
Following an email, I visited your shop today somewhat irritated. I left here Angry and belittled.
I have asked you twice to provide a quotation. Apparently this is a difficult task. The unfriendliness with which you treat fellow entrepreneurs cannot be described.
Nice place with knowledgeable staff. Send my customers here with complete confidence. Even if something goes wrong, a solution is always sought. I have been doing business with this company for 12 years, so soon I will be celebrating my 12.5 year anniversary. :)
Picked my own tile because the employee on the floor was only working with one couple (tip 1: "If you look further for yourself, I will get back to you soon"). Desk clerk, once finished helping customer, (tip 2: "Do you have a short question in between?"), Was immediately very cool. We: "We have selected a tile". He: "Yes, and what should I do for you then?" Tiles were only allowed by contractors with an account, "isn't that everywhere ?!". He offered no cooperation to see if our contractor was registered. Turned out to be the case later. Very sorry. Time wasted, still empty handed. Was only about 1000 in tiles, but if an employee of mine would leave it that easily, he would be fired. Want to have more tile jobs done in the near future, and in terms of assortment I could have found everything there. But I'm not going here again.
