Question - why create such conditions?

A normal bank, especially compared to others. But the department - as you are lucky, they will serve in 5 minutes and help with quality, then you will not get through by phone, you will sit in line for an hour, and they will get nasty. But it's usually okay to have a personal manager on site.

I'm a client of this department of the Ukrsibbank for more than 5 years.

Sometimes perfect service, and sometimes just awful. There are things to improve.

A good office, but infuriates when they close in the middle of the day for 10 minutes

Incompetent employees. They closed the account for 50 minutes and could not issue the balance through the cashier because of the change of surname, although they had a new passport and marriage certificate with them. She said to close it with money, close it, and, in the application it says that the balance was given to me at the cash desk. And my colleague closed the account of the sole proprietor and they called him and told him to bring in 20 UAH, because they miscalculated something there.

Technically backward bank as a whole !! An extract can only be obtained at the service department! Pseudo-online banking does not work on the weekend! Payments can be made only on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00, just tin! Stone Age!

A terrible bank, they don t hold on to a client, the solution of problems through their fault is at zero level.

I ve known the department for a long time, at this stage the quality of service has deteriorated, as employees are not in a hurry to help the client

Everything is good and comfortable. Decent people are served - the bank class is above average. Problems are rare - once I waited an hour and a half for the cash register because the NBU changed something there.

Branch good. Always willingly and competently help on different issues.

Good compartment, there is parking for bicycles, but it is difficult to park on a car.
