Really helpful team, email responses could be a little faster, but service generally very good

JSA Services has acted as my firm s accountant since its incorporation in 2014 and Kina has been my accountant since 2016. The service from her has always been excellent, she responds to emails/telephone calls quickly, is highly knowledgeable and is extremely efficient at preparing and filing financial statements, tax returns, P11D s, etc. I would definitely recommend Kina and her team to other companies looking for a local firm of accountants. - John Reeves

Appalling service, money grabbers with no regard to the wishes of their clients. My colleagues have told me about other accountants who are cheaper and provide a better service, I will be going elsewhere. I am absolutely furious at the way they have handled my concerns.

Maria and the team have always provided us with an exceptionally fast and first class service. Always happy to help out with any questions and queries from prospective candidates.

I have been using these guys for 3 years or so now. Consistently good service and a great portal allows me to keep on top of stuff on the go.

I have been working with JSA for a while now more specifically with Maria Constantinou and their services are really amazing.

JSA Services had issues with Barclays Bank, which would have affected my pay last Friday.

JSA Services kept me up to date via texts, on situation of things and how they were doing all they could to make sure I got paid, even though this was outside their control.

JSA Services finally made a late payment last Friday and I received a personalised e-mail of apology again today.

With a name as JSA..they may as well be Job Seekers Allowance..This contract/umbrella company perform the same as the government.Disasterous,all with the exception of a helpful director.Massive shame really,the company & employees let him down.

I have been truly impressed with JSA since engaging them in late 2017. In particular I really appreciate and value the personal service I get from Sejal, my account manager. She is incredibly responsive and in tune with my business and nothing is ever too much trouble.

I have used JSA services on a number of occasions and Maria Constantinou has always been a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and always happy to go the extra mile. The thing that stands out the most is that she knows how to communicate effectively, which always ensures a simple process.

They haven not made my VAT returns, nor the PAYE returns - literally getting a letter from HMRC each week now. Worst service ever. AVOID.

The worst accountancy company I have ever used! The are useless! They had changed 4 accountants in 2 years and instead of doing what they are supposed to do, they are just making everything a hell. Don't use them! You will pay a bigger monthly fee than any other accounts company, and they will ruin your accountancy!

After leaving permanent employment, I am considering a redirection of my career as an interim / contractor.
JSA was recommended to me & I was connected to Darris Thomas.
I was completely new to the interim / contractor market and had very limited awareness of how to get things set up professionally.
Darris, provided valuable guidance and has continuously engaged with me as I go through this transition in my profeesional career.
