Horrible costumer service and a waste of money. Avoid.
Hired out through an agency for a 6 month contract: 7 months later, the department had mandated 72-hour work weeks, reduced max PTO for journeyman employees and changed policy so that new employees do not start accruing PTO until one year after official hire date; at this point, I was still not officially hired, and after checking with the agency, found out that my contract had expired 2 weeks prior. Decided to put in a 1-week notice and find another job; the day I put the notice in, I was told to get out by noon and not come back.
Worst company to advertise with!!! Our business ended due to coronavirus in April and I signed up with them in March we didn t even get one month of actual advertising and they are still charging me the entire contract! They are not understanding g and there salesmen are liars!!!! They keep calling me to advertise something that doesn t exist anymore and they give you no way out !!! DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH THEM
Zero communication through the pandemic while Church has been interrupted. I e-mailed and followed-up with my e-mail cancellation notices three times. I then made a proactive phone call to ensure the account was cancelled. The account was cancelled after my first e-mail cancellation notice. Maybe an e-mail or letter to confirm the cancellation would be proper?
I had a very bad experience with this company. The salesman promised outstanding results backed by his long term experience in the advertising industry and none of that happened. Their billing department sends invoices too early and demands payments. More details to follow.
I was a loyal advertiser for decades. They billed me full price for ads in bulletins that were not printed and distributed. While I waited weeks for a call back with questions on their billing, they removed my ad once bulletins were printed again. Terrible service, communication and business practices
Covid19 has affected all the same businesses that have been closed for a long time and apparently are going to close again. All the times that I have called to claim a credit they give me different amounts of balances, and they sent me an email to tell me that they were going to give me a credit of $ 270.00 for the time that the churches were closed, which was 18 weeks and now they tell me that the credit will not be in money if not in time, and I never received a notice to inform me, the contract has a legal expiration and I do NOT agree to continue half a year with such an informal company. and that I have not obtained a single customer from your advertising. They should also send the client a weekly magazine to check our publication. Until today I am reading the very bad reviews of having never known the contract.
WISH THAT I WOULD HAVE READ THE BAD REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING WITH THEM.
SCAMMER / THIEVES
VERY DECEITFUL COMPANY
Worse marketing company by far. They lie to you about buying one ad and getting the second one for free and then stick you with the bill that is twice as expensive than just having one ad. Supervisors and managers are just as terrible at customer service. Stay away if possible. You are way better off advertising through FB than this old company. Sorry for keeping it real.
Read the fine print. They will continue your contract unless you explicitly tell them otherwise in writing 30 days prior to it being cancelled. Highly recommend NOT using JS Paluch.
