This process instilled confidence and trust, as our discussion included information about the integrity of the company and their process of backing up their work. He referred the project to his most thorough technician, which we were grateful for as well. Matti was outstanding. He was professional, honest, respectful, communicative and above all extremely competent. He efficiently figured out the problem with our water heater when no one else had been able to. He communicated each step of the process with us and got our consent for the repair recommendations. He went above and beyond by contacting his billing department to help us set up payment arrangements. And then he expeditiously wrote up a report on his findings. We are grateful to have a reliable, honest and competent company to help us keep our water heater running. The repair cost more than we had anticipated, but we are relieved to have the problem fixed.
