Solid instruments but don't buy directly from them as the prices on the JPI web site are significantly higher than what dealers are charging. Telephone support is informative but curt and unfriendly.
Stopped by unannounced seeking help with the EDM 730 which I had with me. Their offices are spread out and I ended up walking into the wrong section. No problem!
The gentleman I ran into, quickly set about helping me. When he was unable to solve the problem, he personally walked me to the customer service department and handed me over to a service tech. JPI provided me with excellent customer service.
