We have has a number of deliveries from J P Distribution Ltd and its always been the same driver Pete Bennett, all we can say he is a credit to your company, polite, professional and always helpful. Good kitchens, but very poor delivery service, loads missing then getting bits delivered every other day at best. Will not be fitting another kitchen.
Always had good service from JPD. Sorry to hear they will no longer be trading.
After 20 years in the property business this is easily the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Initially they quoted for the wrong kitchen, which seemed like a bargain but on correction was more expensive than Howdens.
Wrong goods supplied, damaged goods, replacements wrong and also damaged etc.
They sent the wrong items then wanted us to pay for them before they were returned!
After 4 months our kitchen remains unfinished.
This company has delayed our project by 2 months and cost us a lot of money and frustration.
Poor customer service, no response from management!
Dreadful company, best avoided.
