Please for the love of all that you hold dearest - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO BUY OR SELL PROPERTIES!!!! One of their local selling agents, Brenda, has held up closing for us for OVER THREE MONTHS, all while doing NOTHING, returning no phone calls/emails/texts to our agent, and not sending any information to her clients that HAS TO BE GIVEN TO THEM BEFORE WE CAN CLOSE! We have been sitting on our hands patiently waiting with all of our part done since December and are now having to spend EXTRA MONEY out of our own pockets for REASONS THAT WE CANNOT CONTROL (ONLY SHE COULD....).
So tl;dr, Brenda at this company will only cause you financial and mental stress, and her company has nothing to say about it so please please please....help yourselves and do NOT use this company.
