First time trying this out and it was a great experience. They are really professional and will be a returning customer.

I took my boyfriend here for the first time and this was my first time at this location. I must say I was impressed with the whole experience. I loved the lights inside the tub and the shower afterwards was Amazing!!!!!!!! My boyfriend and I left there feeling lighter on our feet . We felt refreshed and relaxed, our mind and bodies. We will definitely be returning and sending gifts to our love ones to try this place.

During my first floating experience, I experienced a severe episode of vertigo, which is an intermittent condition I have. Within a few minutes of my session, I was became very ill. The staff members responded immediately and were absolutely wonderful. They remained calm and did everything possible to help me. They called my family and the paramedics. I am truly grateful for the tremendous care and concern they provided. They also called the next day to check on me. I highly recommend this center. You can be assured that your safety and well-being are truly paramount priorities for them. I am so grateful to all of the staff members and paramedics who helped me.

I absolutely LOVE coming to A Journey Within! It s a place to just leave all your problems behind for a bit & rejuvenate yourself. You feel a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere as soon as you walk in & leave feeling brand new. Wellness is important to me & A Journey Within offers so many services that help me take care of my body such as massages, Thai stretching, a sauna, float pool, yoga, etc. If you re into wellness, fitness, or holistic health, you d love it here.

I tried out the 90 minute Thai stretch massage done by Egan and it exceeded my expectations! This was my first visit and from the moment I walked through the door, I felt very welcomed. It started out with a reflexology session and it felt like tension was being relieved from my whole body. Then there was the Thai stretch/massage which was equally relaxing and healing. I moved out of state several years ago and kind of gave up on finding a massage therapist that knows how to give a deep tissue massage, but the search is over. Egan was able to adjust the pressure to whatever I needed. There were such calming vibes from the ambiance/music. When the massage was over, he asked if there was anything he could have done better which shows a dedication to learning and growing. Finally, I believe that the session stimulated my lymphatic system to clear toxins. I dislike drinking water and I ve been craving it for over 24 hours now since my appointment!

Excellent experience very clean and very professional.. 100% recommended to anyone that's new. Definitely will be returning.

Journey Within Wellness is a gold mine in the DMV area! The entire team is relatable, knowledgeable, and professional. The facilities are clean and inviting, and you really start to relax as soon as you walk through the door! It is obvious that the staff at Journey Within Wellness cares about their clients as if they were family. They work to find the best approach to address specific client needs through a variety of services and flexible scheduling.
