I just called journeys end....I was supprised the way staffs are talking to the people who needs help, I would suggest first they should understand and learn their problems and needs, I tried help interpret my colleague who can't speak in English however your staff asking so many clarification to prove my self, so irritated and very bad experience with staff name call Me.Pamela ( Legal assistant) ,Thank you for your valuable service however I would kindly request your organization to provide proper training to their staffs..Thank you

I love it there, there also a program to get GED, and the teachers,faculty,and staff are the most kind peopel in the earth.

Jerney's end is one of the worst organization I have ever seen. Two of my friend got to Buffalo through Jerny's end but this organization was not helping then. If your case has been assigned to this organization, ask IOM to transfer it to any other organization like Catholic charities, or ask IOM at the beginning not to assigned your case to Jerney's end at all.
