I just called journeys end....I was supprised the way staffs are talking to the people who needs help, I would suggest first they should understand and learn their problems and needs, I tried help interpret my colleague who can't speak in English however your staff asking so many clarification to prove my self, so irritated and very bad experience with staff name call Me.Pamela ( Legal assistant) ,Thank you for your valuable service however I would kindly request your organization to provide proper training to their staffs..Thank you
