Working with ESPO Engineering Corporation, in particular Patti Gembarski, has been a great experience to say the least. Patti has been very involved with my hiring process the whole way. She constantly keeps me in the loop with new information, gives me insight on what to expect, and gives great professional advice going into the interviews. You can really tell she truly wants what is best for her client, working directly with the employer to try satisfying your wants & needs as well as theirs. Having worked with other recruiting companies throughout the years, I would recommend Patti and ESPO over all of them.

While in the past I have tried using ESPO and felt like I was just another cattle in the herd being pushed along. Thanks to Alex Rodriguez, he has restore my faith in the company. Acted professional, and felt like someone I could have a beer with. Very understanding and easy to talk to and not feel so stressed about the process. Alex, thank you again.

Great company to work for. Going on a year and half now and it s been an amazing ride. My Representative, Jim Gianatasio has been extremely helpful. Calls me in a regular bases to see if something is needed or just to talk shop. To be honest, I ve work for other companies were the only time I would hear from them is when I would call. Not ESPO. ESPO Engineering really cares. I highly recommend.

Very unprofessional as the other reviews have said, they call you and then they don't follow up at all. Please do not waste your time with this scum of a company. I'm sure ill get an automated response from the owner.

They are very professional and helpful to anyone looking for a job in specific IT, Engineering, and manufacturing sectors.

It is my understanding this company does not treat women well and takes advantage of non-native employees. Avoid!

Unprofessional. Once they submit your resume to their client, they never respond to your follow-up emails and phone calls. The recruiter named Mike King (Michael King) never returns your phone calls even if you leave him several voicemails, and he keeps ignoring all your follow-up emails.

My experience with Espo has been through the professional and dedicated asssitance of Christine Petrey. Espo became our preferred recruiting firm due to their true diligent and friendly approach. Tired of getting emails from these incompetent companies. I've got about 10 years experience and I'm a Sr. Piping Designer. You're contacting me for an entry level Mechanical Drafting position. You clearly don't know what you're doing!

I would have to agree with David Bauer on the unprofessional approach of this company. By the way, all of the 5 star reviews are from long time associates and relatives of the company. My experience with this company has been complete and utter misery. They should not be considered by anyone looking for employment. And for that matter should not be considered by any company looking to fill open positions. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Save your time and money. Look elsewhere.

Espo makes you feel like family. You are not just a number. We all have are good days and bad days and I only been with them for a little over two years but they make me feel like I have known them for years.
