Have given numerous chances to see if service and food improved in multiple locations they are associated with. Kept thinking it was just a one of thing. We had a horrible experience yet again, with the Towhhall location in Abbotsford tonight. Can't say I'm surprised. Absolutely disgusted with what they consider food. Half the order didn't arrive through Skip the Dishes. They had no problem charging us though. Will NEVER go to any location associated with Joseph Richard Group.
