This book keeping service was the most unprofessional, inexperienced duo and a complete waste of money, lots of money!
We purchased a small business and she was the book keeper for them so we inherited their services. She and her daughter almost caused us to loose our business. Allison and her daughter Lydia never paid our sales tax on time, 941 was always late, IRS was always late and threaten to close our doors, we paid countless late charges and interest fees over a 16 month period because of this mother/ daughter team. We found out that she had not paid state taxes and she had received a subpoena for us to come to court or pay the taxes. We had no idea that this even happened until our bank account was levied by the state. Of course Allison said it was a mistaken on the states part and this stuff happens all of the time. We switched to a CPA and it took them a year to get our books straighten out, we asked for our records from her and was told that our information belongs to her and not to us. Our CPA told us that a copy is most certainly ours and we should go pick them up. When my husband arrived, Allison called the police and told him he will be arrested for trespassing. We explained to the police about the records and she told them that lightning struck and destroyed all of her computers and she did not have back up so everything was lost! We lost a lot of sleep over these 2 woman, they almost ruined our lives. If you are doing business with them I urge you to find someone that is experienced in this field. Your business deserves better!

I used Johnson financial services for about 4 years. The IRS caught a mistake that Johnson made. I could never get a return call from them to just ask questions, or support. Called about 6 times I won't go back there ever again. My daughter had trouble to. They should have at least payed my penalty.

never turned in our revised tax return. got hit with IRS penalty. my wife sent our paperwork in the IRS fixed it in 3 weeks. we dealt with this for a year before we got wise. we were told the IRS was so backed up that was why it was taking so long. scam artists EDIT 2020. CAN'T IMAGINE WHY YOU CLOSED YOUR OFFICES IN SPRINGFIELD.

Allison and her staff are very dedicated to what they do. They are the hardest working tax support people my company has ever dealt with. We have been using them for many years. They are very confident in their work and they care about their clients and families. I highly recommend Johnson financial if you need expert advise on your taxes.

If I could give a lower rating- I would. I have never experienced anything like Allison. I highly recommend you take your business else where. I have been hung up on, ignored, and requested to receive service else where. The reason she asked me to do so is because I called her out for contradicting herself. She will ignore you. She will not respond in a timely manner. She is choosing to blame me for being angry with her service. I started my conversation and return with Allison in April. It is now almost October. She has charged me for service and I am still not sure if my returns have been filed. I have no clue when I will receive my returns or how. This is because she has switched up her response on which way I would receive it. I have given her my checking account information twice and she still asked for it a third time. This is because she lost my checking account information! AWFUL EXPERIENCE - and from other individuals in the area, I'm not the only one to go through this with her. Bless her heart that she thinks I am the problem.

We have been working with Allison for going on 4yrs now, and we have been very satisfied with her service. We have never had an issue with any of our returns. She is very thorough in what she does. Therefore we return to her every year.

I love this place I have been filing with them for 3 years now and will continue to go back love love love them very great staff . Only problem I have is sometimes with cashing my checks but that s pretty normal with check cashing.

Absolutely awful service! On multiple occasions my check was late (as well as my fellow employees). When I had a falling out with my then boss she kept my paperwork from me. She s SO slow, too. We gave her our tax paperwork MONTHS in advance & now it s almost time for the NEW tax season & we still have received NOTHING from the 2017/2018 year. Every time we try to contact the office her daughter tells us she ll call you back & never hear anything. We are now ignored every time we call. DO NOT USE!

I have been using this firm since my relocation to Nashville and I cant say enough good things about the work ethic within this office. They took care of all my transferring for taxes, set up child support per my request, and now runs my payroll. Thank you ladies for all your help..

This is the worst accounting/book keeping firm I have ever dealt with.
There service was terrible they were incredibly rude and condescending.
I had trouble every time I got paid from my company.
My checks were always late and when I contacted them they were rude.
After waiting for my W2's to come in the mail until after Feb 15th I walked into the office to get them. They would not print them out or even verify the address that they sent them to. They told me "We mailed them, dont know what to tell you" I am going to contact the IRS and see what I can do.
Dont ever use this firm for any reason. you will be sorely disappointed.
