If I could give a lower rating- I would. I have never experienced anything like Allison. I highly recommend you take your business else where. I have been hung up on, ignored, and requested to receive service else where. The reason she asked me to do so is because I called her out for contradicting herself. She will ignore you. She will not respond in a timely manner. She is choosing to blame me for being angry with her service. I started my conversation and return with Allison in April. It is now almost October. She has charged me for service and I am still not sure if my returns have been filed. I have no clue when I will receive my returns or how. This is because she has switched up her response on which way I would receive it. I have given her my checking account information twice and she still asked for it a third time. This is because she lost my checking account information! AWFUL EXPERIENCE - and from other individuals in the area, I'm not the only one to go through this with her. Bless her heart that she thinks I am the problem.
