Jolly Hotel Tiepolo Vicenza Review

Let's say it's the worst hotel we have been to. . first of all rude abounding waiters not suited to this job, in the dubious room cleaning and then we asked for a change of mattress due to old stuff it was smashed and pierced but not even. .I think it's a shame for a 4-star hotel. . We will never return to this hotel ... I would never recommend staying here

I stayed with my family in the hotel for two nights. Fantastic welcome and very friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious, clean and modern rooms. Buffet breakfast included with a wide choice of both sweet and savory dishes. I advise !

Absolutely to be avoided ... I paid a triple and they gave me a double with an extra bed, the room was so small that to get out of bed I had to climb over my daughter's bed, in the bathroom all the towels for the third guest were missing , soap and toothbrushes .. absurd .... a 4-star hotel ???? perhaps 3 beautiful grace.
At the time of check-in we were at least 15 people waiting for poor Giuseppe who alone had to do everything ... absurd to leave a single person knowing that in those days the hotel was fully booked.
The staff never smiled they seemed to be doing you a favor by serving you breakfast..I was terrible

Pretty good hotel in Vicenza. Great location and friendly staff
Rooms are very comfortable and cozy.
The front staff is friendly and helping.
They have pretty lavish breakfast but wish they could offer some more vegetarian options.
Maintenance is a bit weak it takes them a long time to fix something.

Bad experience. I took a superior for just one business night, but it was small and with a mini window, very sad, no water in the room.
The sheet had a stain, the toilet was dirty and the sink clogged.
The room temperature cannot be changed, and at my request at the reception they suggested that I open the window.
Generous breakfast but of mediocre quality. Long-life milk. Not nice area.
Absolutely not for couples, I will not return.

friendly staff, hearty and good breakfast, clean rooms, with just enough to sleep happy at night. Adjustable climate (finally one) bed with double mattress and not two single beds, comfortable cushions. Fairly high price.

The Hotel certainly respects all the canons of its category: cleanliness, hospitality, professionalism, kindness, but it has truly surpassed itself In choosing personnel with megagalactic patience ... but how do you talk about stinks? The scent of freshly baked croissants, hot donuts, scrambled egg ... are we kidding ?? !!! For me those smells are an added value!
I really feel like thanking the entire staff who made it impossible to please everyone, and there were so many of us, but particularly the staff in the room ..... you were epic!

I stayed at this hotel with an organized group of 60 women. The extra bed was very comfortable. The buffet dinner varies and they brought other dishes for those who arrived late. The huge breakfast, wide choice of sweet and salty. The cakes were delicious

Even if the breakfast from 7am to 2am to chat with each other, to the request for cappuccino, take it at the machine.

In itself beautiful, but everything resembles the splendor of the 90s. Third bed in a folding room. All in all more than enough.

Rooms are spacious and staff is friendly. Ive stayed here 3 times while in vicenza and never had any issues.

The cons are :
When you take shower the water flows through the door because the position of shower.
The towel heater don't works , no heat.

So this is not a 4 star , this is really a 3 star hotel.

My girlfriend and I went to take advantage of a smartbox that included dinner, bed and breakfast ... The room was not even bad but the dinner and breakfast a nightmare we ate both fish but creepy things the fish it no longer had the taste of fish, it knew when it was frozen who knows how long it was in the freezer .... Not to mention the half sleeves with the 'crab meat' it tasted of everything except crab ... A very ambiguous and strange taste that leads to many reflections ... To be a four-star hotel, we really didn't recommend it.

All in all ok, but the room was too hot and in the morning too much light in the room. Placed well.

Functional, spotless, comfortable, excellent breakfast with variety and freshness

Chic hotel. The interior is very modern and classy. Comfortable rooms and those on the first floor also very large. Only downside is the parking which is a bit cramped. Good and varied breakfast.

Congratulations to the huge television that gives us a sweet vision before bed. Classy bathroom and accessories. Possibility to adjust the radiator. Taken in the right places. Excellent view from the room. Kettle a great friend of winter together with the refrigerator. Quietness, net of children and rudeness of individuals, excellent. Excellent mattress but, unfortunately, great flaw,: 2 therefore great displeasure. Very good protection from external light. Structure 30 minutes walk from the station and easy to reach otherwise a few stops with bus line 1 with ticket to pay on board for 2
However, I liked it a lot although I would have preferred the breakfast price that I would have to pay 12 per person on site. Beautiful city and nice supermarket immediately before piazza castello otherwise all the possible and imaginable ethnicity in the road leading to the hotel. Thanks for everything

Magnificent hotel, well maintained and far above expectations.
The distance from the center may seem like a flaw but with a simple 20-minute walk you can get there easily (excellent for digesting the delicious and abundant breakfast).
A combination of perfection, friendliness, cordiality, profession and skill that certainly remains impressed.

I was only for a congress so I didn't stay, but the place is very nice, clean and I think it has been recently renovated.
The staff is also smiling and welcoming.
