Bad internet connection because of how unstable it is, it also barely reaches 10 Mb. The plugs are small and you can barely put the fat plug for laptops and computers. He leaks the water from the shower and leaves everything lost. The rest is fine, a hotel like any other.

Good hotel, penalized by the distance from the center. In reality it is not very far, but it is necessary to use urban buses. It has a flaw, normal trips end at 20:30, then only on call!?!?!?

Hotel in the norm. Some faults were the shower which was not isolated and consequently we almost flooded the bathroom. The staff however was helpful and friendly.

Well organized and maintained in NH hotel standards. Great breakfast with the nice lady who prepares directly desserts and traditional Apulian focaccia with tomatoes ... Must try!

Doubtful cleaning, especially the bathroom. Sheets with stains that looked like gravy (I hope). Every noise is heard. In fact I wanted to compliment the performance of a tenant ... BRIEF but intense (poor woman ...). At the restaurant a courteous waitress the others look like ex-convicts. Low quality food, absolutely not worth what it costs. Next time I'll try to avoid it.

Nothing negative to say, the room was comfortable and spacious, perfectly clean with everything in order, as well as the barhroom. I hadn't seen a hotel shower with doors that actually prevent leaks on the bathroom floor in a long time. I didn't have breakfast included, so I can't say anything about the buffet, but if you choose this option you can still have breakfast at the bar; we had a really good cappuccino and brioche for reasonable prices. One really useful service was the smartphone that can be taken out of the room; I was running low on gigabytes and this really saved me with the maps when I was around the city. It is not located in the city centre, but the hotel is connected with it with a fairly good bus service.

Very large hotel, with various rooms ideal for events. The rooms, and bathrooms, are well kept clean and comfortable. Great staff, excellent breakfast. Ideal as a base for trips or visits in the Veneto region.

Four like the stars ... but some situations could be improved. Room a little dated with carpet ... to be a 4-star the details make the difference.

We haven't been bad, but I can't judge a hotel just for sleeping one night. The air conditioning didn't work, but I repeat I don't judge it well and not badly.

The service is very friendly. The location of the hotel is a disaster. Wi-Fi in the rooms does not work. The printer at the reception is broken.

The hotel staff is helpful and customer focused. The lobby is very beautiful, bright and warm. Too bad the corridors of the floors still have carpet. Old fashioned but normal room, clean. I suffered the heat during the night.
