Linguava Review

My name is Irina Kuzminskaya. I have been doing written translations for Linguava as a freelancer for almost a year now. I have only positive experience - very professional project managers, always timely payments according to the schedule, interesting projects in the fields I specialize in, clear instructions and a very well organized work process. This company exceeds its clients` expectations and cares about its contractors. Too bad I live outside Oregon and cannot take local interpreting assignments or attend educational or entertaining events or picnics they regularly arrange for their staff and independent contractors. I schedule interpreters for patients at my Clinic and work with a few different Translator Companys, but I would say Linguava is by far the BEST I've ever worked with. Every time I speak with anyone from their company, whether it's to schedule, or an interpreter directly, I have had nothing but the best experiences with them. They are all super friendly and very professional. Our patients tend to request their services over any others based on consistent great experiences. Anytime I've needed anything at all they are very prompt and accommodating. I am so thankful to work with this company for all interpreter needs.

Also, I want to say if you ever need a Spanish interpreter through their company, request Carlos T. He goes above and beyond to provide such incredible patient care while interpreting. Not to mention, everyone at our Clinic absolutely adores him based on his infectious personality. We feel very lucky to have him help at our Clinic from time to time.

I ve been working with Linguava as an independent consultant for few years now, and I have to say, it has been an amazing experience working with the Linguava team starting with their owner/president David Brackett, to the accounting team, scheduling, IT, quality assurance, interpreter relations, and sales. I can t describe enough the joy I feel every time I walk in to Linguava s office to meet with someone, and that s due to their professionalism, experience, education, and well organization. Most important is how much they care about their clients, vendors, and employees. Linguava takes their clients/vendors concerns very seriously and takes immediate actions to come up with solutions, and sometimes customizing processes to meet their client and vendor s satisfaction.

In addition, Linguava takes their quality of interpretation services very seriously. I ve never seen a company provides that much of training to their people as Linguava does. Every other visit I make to Linguava I see interpreters and employees having a training in house. Between all my clients, Linguava is the only one that has a quality assurance department that is dedicated only for continuous quality improvement and handling client/vendor concerns. In my community I know a lot of interpreters and they always tell me that Linguava by far is the best and highest quality language-access provider in Oregon.

I do not recommend them at all. The interpreter we requested was late for the event and attendees were angry because we could not start. I should have gotten a discount or something but no...and the person from customer service was rude.

They are fantastic! As a client, I enjoy calling in interpreter requests. The staff are all very friendly and efficient! I enjoy getting to know their call center staff over time, and knowing them on a first name basis! They do a great job of keeping you posted on the status of an interpreter request and go above and beyond when we have a last minute request. They offer texting option about available appointments and you can easily reply to the message to confirm or reject appointments.
