I ve been working with Linguava as an independent consultant for few years now, and I have to say, it has been an amazing experience working with the Linguava team starting with their owner/president David Brackett, to the accounting team, scheduling, IT, quality assurance, interpreter relations, and sales. I can t describe enough the joy I feel every time I walk in to Linguava s office to meet with someone, and that s due to their professionalism, experience, education, and well organization. Most important is how much they care about their clients, vendors, and employees. Linguava takes their clients/vendors concerns very seriously and takes immediate actions to come up with solutions, and sometimes customizing processes to meet their client and vendor s satisfaction.
In addition, Linguava takes their quality of interpretation services very seriously. I ve never seen a company provides that much of training to their people as Linguava does. Every other visit I make to Linguava I see interpreters and employees having a training in house. Between all my clients, Linguava is the only one that has a quality assurance department that is dedicated only for continuous quality improvement and handling client/vendor concerns. In my community I know a lot of interpreters and they always tell me that Linguava by far is the best and highest quality language-access provider in Oregon.
Overall, it's my honor working with Linguava, David and his team. Thank you everyone for all the hard work! Your clients and vendors are feeling it.
