I've been with this Law Firm for a few years trying to get my case done which is a class action suit. And I have been through three or four representatives that call me once in awhile.
DO not use this law firm.
RUN...RUN...AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO GET AWAY FROM THEM...THEY ARE HORRIBLE !!!
This law firm has continued to postpone any chance for my mother to receive compensation while still living. Their failure to reach a settlement as other law firms have successfully done with their clients and their inability to communicate with my mother on this case rates them lower than a one.

I have had a case pending for four years (class action) they will back when called but 4 Years . It is a case with alot of variables. Maybe my kids will enjoy the money.
I honestly cannot give a good or bad review. I've been waiting about 3-4 years and actually have been thinking about going elsewhere. So, I'm not sure how to give a review, especially when I'm having a lot of pain and health issues. I've asked are we nearing the statue of limitations and basically didn't get a clear answer. Ms. Westbrook the attorney always takes my calls and is courteous and knowledgeable about my case. Have been a client for years. Waiting on a settlement and they keep giving me the runaround. Supposedly a settlement was reached yet I m still waiting for a payout but they keep extending it. What do they care though, they are getting their cut. Ive given up on this firm, they are not professional and don t seem to care about their clients.
