I am disabled and ordered treadmill for rehab purposes and paid fir white glove service for assembly and disposable of all materials, the shipping company send email confirming white glove svc but on their site they state outside door delivery means the street. I cannot get a hold of horizon and like others I am on hold and then they just disconnect me. I called credit cards company and filed dispute since they have not released funds and told them if they pay I am not responsible since I called them to dispute the release of fund - total freaking nightmare - go on Johnson wellness site for the same products buts it s a store with people who are authorized to sell horizon products

I purchased a treadmill and I did not realize that they would not deliver to my place of residency because of the stairs. I have been emailing them back and forth and told them I am willing to pay the upgraded delivery to have them take it to my door and they cannot do it. I called the shipping vendor and they informed me that they will not be able to make the change on their end and that I need to call Horizon. They are pointing fingers at each other instead of trying to help me. I cannot get anyone from Horizon on the phone. Do NOT order from them. This was truly a mistake.

Shipping nightmare. Horizon treadmill was never delivered and now I have to wait 8 weeks for a refund. They don't answer their phones. Do not order from here!!! if there is an issue, you are SOL. They are just an importer and they import all their products from asia--they try to act like it is an american product. the shipping methods seem like a scam. maybe that is where they make their money????

Customer service has been absolutely terrible. Brand new treadmill died mid-walk. Won t turn on. No one answers their phones, automatic email response says will take 2 weeks to get back to me. Do your research if you re interested in buying these guys products!

I can't judge the quality of my treadmill because I can't get my treadmill fixed! It was damaged when I got it, service tech finally came after a month, then he found more damage. I can't get anyone to send out a new part and no one answers the phone. I've called and emailed THREE times for this second round of damages. So its been 2 months now that I can't use a machine I bought. And please stop blaming everything on COVID-19! Its simply horrible customer service!

This company makes the Vision brand of treadmills that are sold in Canada. These treadmills are junk.

Do not buy them.

My treadmill's console's is powered by Windows CE operating system, the same that powers many of their treadmill consoles. They've designed their console such that a program run under this operating system controls the treadmill functions. It is a common problem that this program's image in memory gets corrupted to the point that the treadmill console errors out. After enough such errors, the treadmill is rendered useless.

Knowing that they couldn't design a simple treadmill, they're off my list of fitness machine makers to consider.

The displays used in their treadmills also developed bad pixels and broken scan lines.

I highly recommend buying fitness equipment from another manufacturer like Schwinn.

Was a little concerned looking at some reviews prior to ordering a part from them but went for it as my Livestrong bike is 6 years old and very few places have parts at all! Only two and the other company had even significantly worse reviews!

I think people are far more likely to come complain if they have an issue than to leave a review if all was good and that significantly skews the overall impression here, so I feel compelled to. The part I ordered came well packaged, came quickly and I ve just installed it to be sure it was the correct part. All went great and couldn t have expected more.

You are responsible for Horizon Fitness. I have never had a more disgraceful customer service experience in my life. Emailed Horizon 4 days ago with no response. I Tweeted Horizon Fitness, with no response. I've called the customer service number no less than 20 times today. After a certain point of being on hold, they disconnect the line. I've waited on the chat option for over an hour. Finally get through to chat and totally worthless. I basically have to email another department. The chat did absolutely nothing. Horrendous and never again will I purchase anything from Horizon, I will tweet it out, Facebook to all my friends, colleagues and acquaintances the disgusting and deplorable customer service I received (rather not received).

Bought a horizon treadmill for $1,000. Had missing parts. Emailed horizon 4 times with no response back. Called every number on their website and never got a real person. I finally had to contact the better business bureau. Waiting to hear back. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!
