I can't judge the quality of my treadmill because I can't get my treadmill fixed! It was damaged when I got it, service tech finally came after a month, then he found more damage. I can't get anyone to send out a new part and no one answers the phone. I've called and emailed THREE times for this second round of damages. So its been 2 months now that I can't use a machine I bought. And please stop blaming everything on COVID-19! Its simply horrible customer service!
