I work here. Ergo I must hate it, lest I upset the delicate balance of bureaucracy.

I had questions about the warranty on a newly-installed Guardian a/c unit. It froze up immediately after installation. Because the installer (a one -worker company) was off-work for an uncertain duration because of an injury, I attempted to phone Customer Relations at the contact phone number given at the manufacturer s website, http://guardianhomecomfort.com. No live person ever answered, and I was given no option to leave a message. Instead I was told to call the warranty phone number (which they recited for me). I did, and a recording told me to call the Customer Relations number that I had already called first. I followed all instructions. Each number said to call the other number in an endless loop of ping-ponging between the two numbers, putting up a relentless stonewall.

Work u constantly without regard to sleep. Covid 19 across the company but they still want u to work constant regardless. 13 days on and 1 day off no hazard pay. They don't respect or appreciate their employees. Zero stars.

They really don't care for their employees & screw you out of getting unemployment

Its great i work there 3rd shift everyone is very friendly and the work is so simple 13.50 a hour for 3rd shift and u dont have to clock out for ur 30 minute lunch either best job I've had yet at 34 wouldn't trade ot for anything

There is no phone number to reach receiver, the address given is to the employee only entrance and so you need to do a loop around the block to a different entrance, then drive the entire facility to get to your specific door which is right near the employee entrance. Even the guards want to let you do the quicker way in but can't because it's against company instructions.

truckers entrance is 801E 37th st, go past 33rd to 37th , go right, go past Santa Fe, the entrance is behind the building on the corner of santa fe. very quick unloading, 15 mins, hats off guys

We're courteous and answered questions when asked. The only drawback is that they are hard to get ahold of. Service is good.

This place is very confusing depending on what area they need your freight.

I stopped to ask a forklift driver for directions when I overheard his conversation on his CB radio with another Truck Driver saying they should take my picture because I was blocking the road.

I carry alot of pride in my job and do it the very best I can with integrity right down to the last letter. I have two safe driving awards that prove my words.

I didn't come out here with the intentions of someone threatening to post pictures attempting to shame my good name for doing my job.

I had every right to get upset and immediately shut down the childish actions of the forklift driver by simply recording our conversation.

I wasn't born yesterday.

Also note I was given wrong directions to exit the facility. Was it intentional? If so then the employees here are nothing more than children playing games. Security has no idea what's going on. There are ZERO signs directing truck drivers in a very tight area.

We deliver to many different places so we don't just automatically know everything. The amount of disrespect towards the backbone of America will remind me to REFUSE freight for this establishment. I am NOT a company driver.

It will be fair game if I find pictures of my truck online attempting to shame my good name. It's not what you know, it's who you know.

It was a good work ace but very unorganized and their payroll system is a joke...definately frustrating to show up to work on time everyday and bust ur butt truing to prove a point but jot get paid on time...great people directly involved with with the behind the scenes stuff needs some revising

Truckers, this place is more than confusing. They have always gotten me out quick provided I can get into the door. If there is not a flat bed in my way, it's still a horrible lot to back around in.

Nice people ... unloading within 1:30 hours ... not need appointment
