Best service I've ever received in my life. Jacques, at the Service Department (Service Advisor) gave me and my brother the best service standard that I've ever experienced. If there were ten stars I would give them to him. Turned our worst experience into the best. I'm even tempted to use that dealership as my only place of service...and I'm from Pretoria. Well done and keep it up.

This place has a waiting area where you can relax and enjoy tea /coffee and "cookies" while you wait for your vehicle. Children are also provided for in the waiting area.

So it's a Mercedes dealer. Can't say I expected anything less than the imposing experience it was. Kudos to Otsile who freely admitted to not being able to answer our curveball questions, and came back to us with answers within an hour or two.

Friendly receptionist. That is weird for Bloemfontein, especially at a Motor Dealer. The sales person I dealt with, Johan, is efficient and well knowledged.

I called in to request to speak to a salesman as I wanted to buy a car. till today no one called me. maybe they think I don't have money to buy the car. don't judge the book by its cover.

Was travelling through on a road trip when a strange nose in the engine came and went a few times.
They spent a few hours helping to find the source of the problem without charging me.

Not happy with the service I received my vehicle is still not running well after being serviced and charged an arm and a leg.

Switchboard goes unanswered since the last two days that i have treid to call, and you cannot get through to the extension you requested once transferred. I have to leave my office and head to John Williams without an appointment just to consult on something.

Beautiful cars. Professional staff. Excellent service. Clients catering and shuttle services are always available. Environment is conducive for business. Bathrooms are clean and cater for disable people. Packing is available for all. Green grass is well maintained. Sells new cars as well as demos and used cars. Update clients via emails on regular basis.

Never have I experienced such poor customer service from a dealership. After specifically requesting to be dropped off earlier when dropping off my car for a service, no regard was given to my request causing me to miss my lift to work (I work 45kms out of town). It s upsetting that such a big dealership cannot accommodate a small request as such. Upon picking up the vehicle in the afternoon, I was greeted to glaring faces instead of a warm welcome. The standards for car dealerships are higher these days and this place is just not cutting it. Sorry!
