Excellent service and product. Staff are always helpful, and friendly, and the gratuitous shoe polishing service is done well and expeditiously. I've had a far better experience at Lobb than all of its competitors on Jermyn Street.

I have found some nice shoes that will be a memorable trip to London. ALDER costs around 340,000 yen in Japan, but I could buy it at 180,000.
