Best meal ever. Service was flawless, food was delicious and beautifully presented. The tasting menu was over the top, but for a foodie, needs to happen. There s a giant bread cart at the beginning and a giant dessert cart at the end. We left with menus of everything we ate and drank and a poundcake

Elegantly refined food and service. The food did not feel heavy, was well balanced, textural, and flavorful. Definitely a destination for a paced, enjoyable evening.

Arrive early for a drink before being seated.

3 star Michelin restaurant. 5 star experience.

3 star Michelin restaurant. 5 star experience.

This is definitely a special occasion or once in a life time experience. It is very elegant, classy and formal. You feel like you re in some billionaire s very expensive villa for dinner.

Naturally it s more formal (stuffy) and less of a fun vibe.

The food is amazing. The different carts that the butter, bread and desserts come out of, is pretty cool.

Everything is beautiful and decadent.

Superb dining experience. In a city with heavy dining competition, this place exceeds all expectations. Every course was amazing. Attentive service. Very memorable dining experience worth planning a trip for.

Incredibly detail oriented staff. Kind and welcoming, beautiful and delectable food. Overall the best dining experience of my life, save room for the later dishes if you do the 16 course tasting.

In my opinion, the best restaurant in Vegas. Fantastic dinner in an elegant cozy environment. All the staff was friendly and professional. We also have the pleasure to visit the kitchen and meet the young prodigious Chef Christophe de Lellis who served us imaginative & finest dishes during that evening.
We enjoyed meeting the wonderful Chef patissier Philippe who made our magical desserts blowing a sugar bubble, then incorporating inside a violet mascarpone cream with real flower petals! also creating a miniature garden all in chocolate and sugar in a small glass bowl. Waiters and sommelier provided the best service and experience. This place reminds me the restaurant of Daniel Boulud in NYC. They deserve 3*** Michelin.

Right from the moment we stepped our feet into the dining room, the aura and vibe of luxury and posh started to embrace us into a majestic and marvelous dining hall inside one of the most iconic casino at The Strip. The showcase of classic and modern French culinary skills were displayed at each dish arrived at our table.

The surprise began when the bread trolley came in, yes, a bread trolley. Definitely, not our usual bread service at a restaurant. Such a pleasure to see a range of French baguettes and pastries delivered right to our table to pick and enjoy before the full course started to kick in. What I loved most was the lobster tortellini with truffle. The pasta encasing the delicious little morsels inside was perfectly cooked. The lobster mousse inside exuded fresh seafood flavor which was nicely encapsulated by the earthy truffle sauce and shavings. Think about elegant surf and turf.

The dessert that resembled a lemon was fun to eat. Once the outer lemon shell cracked, there was this delicate cream inside. Really pretty to see, fun to eat, and memorable to reminiscent.

At the end, there was another trolley, yes, a trolley of little sweets and morsels to magically finish the already fairy tale dinner at the grand restaurant. Truly memorable experience.

I dined here for my 25th birthday and they didn't disappoint. The food and service were both excellent. The atmosphere and decor are exquisite. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Vegas!

One of the best fine dining experiences in Las Vegas. Used to be the only three star restaurant in the city (when Michelin guide was still available in Las Vegas several years ago). Highly recommend trying the tasting menu once, although they have prix fixe options at different price points. Appreciate that the bread cart and candy cart are provided with the prix fixe options too.
