I can't explain how much I dislike this company. Last year, I have no problems. This year I had my child coming home complaining about other kids taking his backpack, hitting him, he even came home with a big bump on his forehead because the bus turn the corner fast and he hit his head on the window. Yet when I called they made it seem like it's my child who was the problem. The breaks squeak loudly and their rebly is, it's totally fine we check it out. They had two buses coming to the same route and yet when my neighbor asked where her daughter was nobody knew about anything. Now it seems we have a new driver who stops next door, comes early and doesn't even wait. My son already miss one day of school because he took off just as he walked out the door. They don't deserve my one star. In fact they need to be investigated!
I can't describe how much I dislike this company!! The driver my daughter has, drives so fast everyday I pray to never get a phone call saying my child was in an accident on that bus.... I'm to the point of taking her off the bus if it wasn't because I have a daycare I would. They need to monitor these buses more and how they speed to pick up the children and be the first bus at each school : (
The staff and Especially the Managers and my son Bus Driver are so RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! They LACK common courtesy towards the kids and parents
( my son driver doesn't even speak when you say good morning or afternoon).
My son stop is far from the house and in a very busy location the bus company would not hear my concerns and make a different stop instead she challenged me on the location and made excuses on why it could not be changed!!
My son is the ONLY kid at that stop. I will be going over their head it is too much going on in the world for things to be this way! And not hear my concerns. The stop is at a busy intersection and many of the cars does not even stop when she puts out the stop sign!.
This company is the WORSE
