Overall the buying experience was quick and easy. David was easy to talk to and we got what we requested or so we thought. When we get to finance they then say it was not possible and the change would be $5 a month extra but the interest rated had increased. Then the online cost was not what they quoted me and claimed they had lowered the cost to accommodate the interest rate increase. That was not the truth. Still overall I liked the swiftness of the purchase. In and out in less than 2.5 hours.
I used to take my car to Jiffy Lube until I realized I was actually paying more there than the dealership. I ve had nothing but positive experiences with Joe Meyers. This is the ONLY Toyota dealership I will ever take my car to. My service rep is Jonathan Sosa and he s amazing. He s always answers all of my questions. I also love the fact that they provide free shuttle services when your are are being serviced.

Mr Dillon was very nice and arranged for a car rental for free which I did not know about and that, helped a lot in keeping life going plus, the rental was a luxury Lincoln Navigator! by pure chance that was all Enterprise had! It was an awesome experience for my 13 year old daughter and her friends! It felt like a vacation!!! Bought my new 2021 Toyota Sienna from here. The staff was awesome! I called ahead and told them what vehicle I wanted that I viewed on their website. They had it cleaned and waiting on me when I arrived for my appointment. I had my own financing. They did offer me their Toyota financing but I declined and they were not pushy about it. I was in and out in about 2 hrs. Overall was an awesome experience!!
They sold me a car that was previously damaged. I didn't realize it until after the 3rd time a washed the vehicle, the paint started to wear off and the damage was more noticeable. All they had to do was replace a bumper, but I guess if the customer doesn't catch the damage it's not there problem. The car fax they gave me did not state that the vehicle had prior damage. Never expected Toyota to sell damaged goods. So I guess I am screwed and will have to deal with it. Good luck and please be careful when dealing with this company.
Customer Service is excellent. The car delivered is in good condition- clean, shiny with safety check label left with the car- leaving the good feelings that it has been checked by experienced Toyota Specialist.
