This review is for service under warranty. I took my car to Joe Cotton for warranty work, and had the following experience:

1. They incorrectly told me the work I was asking about wasn't covered under warranty until I produced the warranty myself.
2. Coincidentally, their initial diagnosis for the problem was to fix something that actually wasn't covered by warranty.
3. Finally they did the warranty work required to fix my problem after multiple trips to the shop and calls.

The problem I had was a straightforward well known problem. In the future I will avoid this place.

Joe Cotton Ford is my new favorite place to buy a car, but since how many times in your life do you buy a new car, I wish I that I could buy other stuff there too.

For example, I m at Target at least once a week.
I wish Joe Cotton Ford could take over Target, so that then I could buy just about everything at Joe Cotton.
Of course, I buy a lot of stuff at Target that I don t need, so when I walk out I look down at my cart and wonder what just happened.
But that did NOT happen at Joe Cotton Ford!

I bought a very special 2018 Ford Escape that had only 18,000 miles on it. The owner had bought the car there, traded it in for a 2021, and with Salesman Rich Bergstrom & Sales Manager Danny Greico s help, I swooped in and bought it!

This is a wonderful place to buy a car!
It is not at all a traumatic experience, despite the fact you re spending a lot of money and hope you re making the right call.

I don t think the good people at Joe Cotton Ford would let you make a mistake- they really do seem to have the customers best interests in mind.

I watched what went on with other customers while I was there, and everyone received wonderful treatment: courteous, professional, helpful and not overbearing or scary.

Plus, I had to bring my dog with me, and they were all so kind and friendly- they treated her like she was the dealer mascot.
As it turns out, they are all dog lovers at Joe Cotton Ford! You can tell a lot about people from how they treat a dog, and they treated my Shyla like the Queen she believes she is (as long as I m paying).

Fair and honest treatment, kindness, courtesy and professionalism, a beautiful new car, AND they let my dog hang out?
Who would shop for a new car anywhere else??

This dealership knows what they are doing. I didn't need to go through the process of all the BS. They gave me what my trade was worth, a little more actually. They're car was priced right. I was in and out within 3 hours with my new car. One of the best buying experiences I've had.

My son just bought his first car today! This was the best dealership experience I have ever had! Danny Grieco is absolutely positively AMAZING! He was with us from start to finish! I would definitely recommend buying a car from him! The whole staff at Joe Cotton Ford was incredible, with all that is going on in today's world it was so nice to feel so normal and so much love! Words can't even express how grateful and blessed we are thank you Danny Grieco!

The Wife and I have been long time customers of Joe Cotton Ford. We have purchased no less than, or been responsible for the purchase of, 13 Ford Vehicles. Our experiences with their Service Department has always been
" Spot On " ! Never had a negative experience with them ! I have also utilized their parts Department, which has always been a positive experience, and, received my parts in a timely fashion. I recently took delivery of my new, 2016, Ford, Edge, Sport, Twin Turbo, AWD ! The new Sync 3 is user friendly ! This new Edge replaces my 2007, Edge, AWD, SEL which was an awesome Vehicle ! In our climate, one must have either 4 WD, or at least the AWD platform, IF, my 2016 AWD performs half as well as my old 2007, I will be a happy camper ! I travel a lot for Schutzhund, safety and comfort are paramount !!!

I dealt with Greg Gentile when I needed two new trucks for my business. I did my research on the 2015 Transits that I bought. I got prices from six other dealerships. Greg was very easy to deal with and he was able to save me some money.We have bought six trucks from Cotton now and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Greg

I had the best experience buying my vehicle there today. I was at six other dealerships and this one had the best incentives and financing rates. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

I will be buying my vehicles from them from now on. Thank you for such a stress free process.

I just purchased my 4th car from Joe Cotton on Saturday. I realized that it has been 20 years since I bought my first car there. I was 18 at the time. I'm sure that I'll be buying many more in the future. Tracy has been amazing over the years! His son, Jason, sold me this car. He did a great job! I've never felt the usual car dealership pressure here. It's refreshing.Thank you to everyone involved in getting me in my beautiful ride!

Took my Escape for a recall. It was on back order, so it took about 2 months to arrive. Mr. Lupe kept me informed periodically to let me know that they didn't forget about me. When the part finally arrived, Mr Lupe called me twice to inform me that the part had arrived. When I took my Escape for the service, Mr Lupe made the process so easily. It was faster than I thought.

Working with Larry was a very painless experience. I never felt forced to buy anything. He helped me to find the car with the exact options I wanted and didn't try selling me a car with different options just because it was on the lot. I got a very good price from the beginning and he was honest about everything. Highly recommended.

Would you believe they wanted $75 to replace 2 zurich fittings! Absolutely shameless! A job that would have taken less than 5 minutes while the car was on a lift for an oil change. This is why dealerships have gained the reputation for being a total rip-off!

Just purchased my new Ford Escape. Great buying experience from honest people. We dealt with Roman and he is great. Even came in on his day off so we could pick up the truck on my day off. He did pressure us at all. Everyone is so friendly. The financing process was easy and signing all of the final paperwork was quick and painless. Everything was explained to me in words I understood. I would definitely recommend Joe Cotton Ford.

My salesman Ken was very helpful when looking for my price range for my car.Had issues with the battery draining after a year .Brought it in took them a few days but they were able to correct the problem. No more dead batteries. Thank you very much.

Larry & the team at Joe Cotton are fantastic. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and shared with Larry that I am looking at Ford Explorers. He found an Explorer that matched my need, we took it for a test drive, and later that afternoon I drove it off the lot! Larry & the team explained everything from how the vehicle functions, to the service & finance plans. It was a smooth, transparent experience. Great job to all at Joe Cotton Ford.

My experience with Joe Cotton Ford was outstanding from start to finish. Not only was Jason in Sales helpful, patient and quick to accommodate but so was Mike the Finance Manager. I appreciated that they were a "family run" business and made the process simple and were transparent every step of the way.

Joe Cotton and their team has earned my family's business and I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought a car from them because of the good price and nothing else. One of the guys I was working with talked down to me and everyone I brought in. They tried to screw me on financing. I used a bank much better choice.

Edit: Although my car buying experience was not that great I still use them for their service team and it's been a good experience for this side of the business.

Came in at 9:15 for the scheduled oil change (free...

Came in at 9:15 for the scheduled oil change (free since i have a CPO F-150 STX), also told service rep to check the Y junction connection to the radiator as it was leaking, and do the required transmission recall service. He said it would take the whole day, so i asked for a loaner to go about my day. None available. So i asked to do the oil change and look into the Y junction leak while the truck was on the lift.
3 hours later, no oil change, charge for $55 to let me know the Y junction is cracked and needs to be replaced for $500. For a part that costs $35 online. Also, i know the oil wasn't changed because the filter was not changed and also no usual oil spills in the engine bay. Yes, that is a way to know if that dealership changed the oil, look for puddles of oil in the engine bay near the oil filler. 3hrs of life wasted, lost time at work, left very unhappy, have bought 2 cars there. Left between 12:30-:45.

I was in and out quickly and i appreciated it! I will definitely be coming back. I have the choice of two dealerships and i'm happy i picked this location.

Horrible experience on last purchase. Takes parts changers 4 or 5 times to finally fix my transmission issue but they decided to damage my truck. Scratches on every panel of my truck, they took a chunk out of my door handle , nice dent in bed of truck which screwed up pin stripping, screwed up pin stripe on drivers side and best part didn't put trans shield on correctly after they fixed the trans. Regret for even buying a 2nd truck from this dealer. Service is the biggest joke. Couldn't fix a flat tire without computer telling them tire is flat. Go to drop truck off today to hopefully get things fix and yeah a sedan will not work for a guy who buys a truck. Not missing camping trip since someone thought a sedan was a good idea. So once again trashed truck and wasted time. Moral of this if u want to fight every time to have vehicle serviced, want parts fallen off your vehicles and vehicle trashed go see this dealer. To avoid headaches and taken time off work to deal with issues find another dealer. Finally got call from so called service manager dave and got told to take truck to different dealer for service which is the plan after u all fixed the damage on my truck. U all have been warned from the service manager to the so called mechanics are a waste of time. If u want parts fallen off your vehicle and damage to your vehicle then go see the great hacks at joe cotton Ford.

Went in for my first maintenance/service, and learned that my package covered free service, including tire rotation! The rep said wait time would be approximately one hour and 15 minutes. The work was completed in an hour, including a car wash. The waiting area was clean and the free coffee was very good. I can't say enough about my experience at Joe Cotton Ford

Finally, a dealership with a sales team that is transparent and treats customers with respect and integrity. There was not a hint of the the all to typical deceptive practices experienced at other dealerships. I was treated fairly and they negotiated a very fair deal on my new F-150 as well as my trade-in. I'm definitely a customer and an advocate. I highly recommend Joe Cotton Ford !

Personally do not think they have a great service center took our car in for a 45000 mile checkup which seems like they do nothing anymore oil change.they don't wash cars or vacuum when you take in for service anymore nothing like the old days.

I got a quote for brakes and tires for $550 , so I made an appointment for 9am ,they said it's half a day think, my van was not ready until the NEXT DAY, and now they are trying to change me $750 , WITHOUT THE TIRES.
so it took them 24 hours to do front brakes, they charged me more money and didn't even give me my tires.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.

This used to be a great dealership - I brought my Escape here for years. I picked up my car from the service department to find a 30 inch crack in my windshield. There was also a dirty smudge along the inside like someone saw the crack and ran their glove along it. The service rep acted surprised when I pointed it out, then he told me it was there when I brought the vehicle in. I could not believe how dishonest he was. He could have replaced the windshield or reimbursed me my $100 insurance deductible and retained a customer. He refused to speak with my insurance broker, refused to return my calls, and he called ME a liar. Very dishonest dealership.

I had an appointment at 8 AM today for a basic oil...

I had an appointment at 8 AM today for a basic oil change. I showed up and was told I was the first one there. But then an hour and a half goes by, and three other people had arrived and were taken care of and left before they finished my car. A gentlemen who was taken care of before me was also there for an oil change.

I asked the guy assisting me about the program where you get three oil changes and the fourth one was free. The guy said he would look up my account and apply it but that it wouldn t include tire rotation. I said that was fine as long as the oil change was free. He sends me upstairs to wait. An hour and a half goes by and he finally comes up to tell me my car is ready. He tells me that he only saw two oil changes on my service history (which is not true, I save ALL the paper work, and even offered to bring in the paper work to prove it) and he simply said it wouldn t matter there was nothing he could do and that he would have to charge me for the oil change.

Finally, the bill. A woman who they took care of before me got very upset when they handed her the bill. She started arguing with the same man who was working with me saying they have never charged her more than $39.95. He gave her a silly excuse saying that the labor costs had gone up. She eventually paid her bill, but left upset. So I knew my bill would be expensive as well. The guy tells me the bill would be $46.04. Which is ridiculous. In fact, my first oil change was $32.19 (Jan 2018), my second oil change was $10.37 (May 2018) because I had reward points from previous service I had them do, and then my third oil change in November of last year was $35.42. And today they charged me $46.04, giving me the same excuse that the labor costs went up. And when I read the bill, they didn t rotate my tires which should have been included since I paid for the oil change.

This is bogus and I am very unhappy with the level of dishonesty and bad customer service they served me with today. Oh and they didn t even wash my car. In fact, they only washed my car my first visit with them.

To say the least, I will be switching to a different Ford dealership. I recommend getting firm pricing on the services you need done beforehand. My honest opinion though? Save your money and find another dealership.
